Terrible Stay
No kitchen in facilities....I stayed 2 days there and both days third class *Puri sabji* given and telephone not working....overall bad no co operation with staff.

Property is good maintain however property location is not good and no pure veg food available nearby.

soloThe hotel is in a small narrow alley surrounded by shops meat sellers and the like. Not an ideal place to enjoy your holidays. The rooms are all right.

Good Stay
Well built rooms, but the location is quite remote and one has to go through various crowded alleyways to reach the hotel. Nevertheless the staff is good and overall a decent low-budget place for solo travellers looking to visit kolkata for 1-2 days.

We'll and good. But drinking water supplies is not better. Every day 1 litre water is not sufficient for 2 adult and 1 child.

Poor location and disappointing service.
familyThe hotel is poorly located and the service is disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, and the amenities didn't meet expectations. The surrounding area was not ideal, making it difficult to enjoy the stay. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and i would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. There are better options available with better service and location.
