Under construction property, rooms are ok however bedding cleanliness is an issue heaters in room would be helpful. Overall decent stay

The property is little far from the main road/city. Ambience was good but due to weather none was useful.

Hotel staff are very humble and kind.

The rooms don’t look like the photos posted by the hotel. Every wall in the room was stained with dirt or grime and had seepage all over. It looked really dirty. The washroom also didn’t look like the photos. Although it was clean, the hotel didn’t even have a toilet paper holder or any attachment to place the jet spray. Instead, there was a plastic pipe poking from the wall to which the jet and the toilet paper were affixed by ‘jugaad’. There was no hand wash or soap in the washroom. Only two sachets of shampoo were provided. However we were given a small lifebuoy soap bar upon our request. There was no electric kettle provided and no tea bags/coffee etc. Bed was clean and so were the sheets. But I don’t think the rooms are value for money, since they charged us almost 2.5k for a deluxe room.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family in 2 rooms pros: 1) friendly, flexible & helpful staff 2) not a typical hotel setup, more of a guest house 3) reasonable tariff 4) close to mughal gardens cons: 1) not well maintained 2) breakfast is very very basic 3) nearest shop is few kms away. If you dont have your own transport, you will be pretty much stuck 4) google maps doesnt show the right directions to this place, so the first time u get there will be a challenge even for locals (cab drivers)

We had a pleasant stay at royal mansion. We found the place neat and clean. Room was spacious and location was lovely. Even though it is little inside, it is not that far from main street. As an improvement, can include some more amenities like kettle, morning tea items etc.

I had just one night stay at royal mansion. Their hospitality is good. They provided with everything as we required. They could improve their service. The bathroom pipes had some defect, the cup that the provided tea was broken, there were no glasses kept in kept for drinking water. This place is located quite inside from the main road but still reachable.

The cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us, not just in our room but also in our surroundings and especially the bathrooms, this place is super neat, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the food was very tasty, the room we took is very spacious and the staff provided us with heaters and electrical bedsheet and did not charge us extra unlike the other places we were at, we were in kashmir for the past 3 days and came here just yesterday and liked this hotel so much that we are going to extend it for rest of our stay, also if you are a cat person, there are big furry and extremely friendly cats rooming in the garden. One final word for this hotel is “comfort”.

No service, sabby room, night mare, worst food. No heating system. We want to forget the stay please don't recommend this hotel

The hotel is good but far away from the main city, but if you are looking for some peaceful environment and fresh nature you can go for it without any 2nd thought.

Aqib and Wasim were the best caretaker I ever met.Must visit this hotel .They are really concerned about Privacy and make there guest comfortable😊

Amazing stay. Good rooms. Clean toilets. Sameer was excellent and didn't say no to any of our requests. Arranged cab for local sightseeing. Food was great

The hotel was good, all the staff were good. We were searching for tasty food in srinagar and we got that satisfaction over here. Also the mountain view was amazing from the hotel room. Special thanks to sameer for all services, he personally takes good care of his guests.

Situated in the corner, you can get a perfect view of valley n forest. You will feel peace here. Guys from the hotel are very supportive. Food was good n fresh.
