The Aubiz Villa, Srinagar

I had a delightful stay at The Aubiz Villa on July 4, 2025. The property is beautifully maintained and located in a peaceful and scenic part of Srinagar. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring all my needs were taken care of without any delay. From check-in to check-out, the service was seamless. Special thanks to the team for their hospitality and warm gestures. The villa’s surroundings are calm, making it a great retreat for both solo travelers and families. It's also conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Srinagar. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Rooms and Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Heated mattress was available. Only issue we faced was we booked room with bfast and were informed during bfast that there would only be 1 paratha or one piece of bread omlette per person. This should be clearly informed while booking and we never faced this issue anywhere else during our stay at Kashmir.

Excellent stay, easy check in and location is just spot on. We arrived early even then they got room ready for us within 15-20 mins. Great host and staff. Parking seemed like an issue but staff took care of that also. Cleanliness of rooms is cherry on top and we had a great stay. Recommended to families and friends.

The property is fabulous, the way they managing the property is appreciating. The room is very cozy, and the best part is room with the attached garden, genuinely you guts will love the garden view. The location of the villa is also good, it’s just 15-20 min walking distance from Dal Lake.

The place is perfectly located ..close to the major attractions of Dal lake, Nishat Garden ... The Room was clean and well maintained . Amenities like wi-fi and hot water worked perfectly . Their hospitality was deeply appreciated ...

We had booked the family room, and it was an amazing stay. The room was quite spacious, had 2 large double beds, the bathroom had ample space and everything was as clean as it could be.

Really good hospitality by the owner and very good facilities, highly recommend.

Great location indeed near to Dal lake and Nishat garden staffs are good and the food as well the owner is a good person with a great personality

For family. Villa is the best option but food shall be buy outside .......................only very limited food
