Good rooms and helpful people. Location is somewhat walking distance from Dal Lake but they don't have any parking space. Overall good experience.

Its a decent place, book it if you plan to do sightseeing entire day and just want a comfortable place to sleep at night. The owner is very welcoming, the food is okay. Its value for money. The amenities available are according to the price offered so cant complain.

It’s been a great experience in the hospitality of Khan Saheb who has been very generous and kind person in extending out of the way gesture other than accommodation and amenities of hotel. I strongly recommend the property to all Kashmiri lovers.

The property is fabulous, the way they managing the property is appreciating. The room is very cozy, and the best part is room with the attached garden, genuinely you guts will love the garden view. The location of the villa is also good, it’s just 15-20 min walking distance from Dal Lake.
