Rooms were clean though washroom commode not that clean. Bed sheet was not comfortable and with lot of lint in it. Food is good however the restaurant is vegetarian. Location was good.

Its located in the centre of city, near to railway station and marina beach. The staff was friendly. Room was clean, it would be good if they clean the window side as well.

Horrible experience of anb broken, flush, dirty bathrooms faulty switches that made charging the phone a herculean task will not recommend tha to anyone stayed there last week the romm although was old was diable and ok hence made the mistake of re-booking again nightmarish experience

This place is as old as an mughal monument which is forgotten in time. The entire furniture, bed, washroom fittings are as old as time. Zero maintainence of the property. The air conditioning sings in the night. Set up box does not work, tv is pretty old as well. Sofa has stains, if i was not dead tired. I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Its just bad. Give it a miss.

It was a old property. Room was filled with insects. Condition of washroom was terrible. Neither shower not the taps are working properly.

The room was not very clean, there were cockroaches in the room. Wash basin tap was clogged and was spraying water all over. Bath water outlet was also clogged ad water was draining slowly. On complaining about the cockroaches in the room, front desk staff did not show any concern, they ignored the complaint,

Delayed responses to requests like ac temperature control, laundry service, wifi access. Surprisingly it is the first time i experienced to see cockroaches in the room and washroom. Pathetic. Tv doesn't have hindi movie channels

The location of the hotel is good, room size is comfortable, breakfast is tasty and hotel staff is cooperative.
