Great property with an awsome host
Pete's inn is a great place. The house is amazing. Clean and spotless. Sheets are clean and new.Bathrooms are excellent, equipped with toiletries. Hot water 24/7. Host is polite , freindly and very helpful. The property is in a 1.5 acre tree farm, serene and beautiful, you can stroll around. Lots of sitout place, and parking in front. Very close to Kochi airport (10 min Drive). Authentic Kerala architecture. Out of all the homestay's I had this was the best in terms of infra and host hospitality. No second thoughts, if I had to rebook this for my subsequent trips.

Overall it was a nice family trip. The rooms were quite good and well maintained. Facilities were all up to the mark. Only the location of the property was in the very interior, roads were narrow and not suitable for big vehicles.
