Nice stay and good hospitality

I was on a 5 day stay at the villa and each day has been pleasant thanks to the wonderful host who was always helpful and cordial to attend to my requests and needs. For a traveller not belonging from this state, the metropolitan has been very welcoming and definitely the perfect stay.

Nice Stay The villa is very neat and clean. The Room is very good. The lobby and dining area are very decorative. Overall a good experience.

Excellent hotel. great service. only complaint is that I wish they also had an in-house restaurant. but that's ok. very accessible from metro and other central cochin areas.

When we went there they told us it is a non-ac room, it is a like you know temporary kind of construction there. They have ac rooms it is kind of marketing strategy to make us upgrade once we were in the location. So the room is very different from what we saw in the pictures. Even though it is comfortable, it was kind of like a what do we say put together set of kind of thing.

Its is very bad. I wont recommend anyone.

I found the location through the makemytrip app. We were searching for an affordable stay, and we got exactly what we expected.

Very good stay for that price. And we can get a entire villa for a night that is a very good things. For unmarried couples this villa is a good option and the service was superb and staff character was so good and friendly also. I just loved that stay. Heloo

I booked a room after viewing pictures, but when i arrived, the room was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a proper hotel room, it was an asbestos shed built on the terrace. The pictures showed a well-furnished room, but what we got was a poorly constructed asbestos shed, which was not mentioned anywhere. This was extremely disappointing and made our stay uncomfortable. We felt misled and unsafe in a room that was not as described. We spoke to the property management, but they refused to offer any alternative. I strongly advise against booking this property unless you verify the room conditions beforehand.

It was an okay stay. Room was small, and the floor was dirty. Fan was running very slowly, and the bathroom was not too good. Maintenance is needed

The villa is beautiful. They have clean rooms and the services were commendable. They also kept our luggages safely for some duration when we asked for help after the check out. It was a very good stay. People are friendly. Do visit it, when you travel your plan to kochi.

A beautiful room for the name 'budget room' and very caring and friendly staff! i slept super peacefully and floated on cloud 9 and soft clean bedding!
