Very nice stay... neat and clean hotel. Near to airport and transportation is easy

They denied check in first, then they started bargaining they asked for more money, i have no other option so i paid extra money for the same room

The place is very neat and clean. Staff are very professional. Helped with the late check out. Close to airport which very convenient. And enough parking is available

I was booked a standard room thinking its an air conditioned room as no where in the booking it was mentioned as non ac. It was only when i opened the room that i found its a non ac room. I contacted the receptionist the answer was not so pleasing. The manager i spoke to also was echoing the same tone. Did not feel like professional who want to pacify their customers. The managers first question was how much did i pay rather than suggesting a solution for my problem. I booked the room to take 3 hours nap as my flight was early morning and could not sleep.
