ac was not working asked them to fix it for 2 days straight, but nothing. said random excuses, also no wifi

It was a good experience. The team of there reception are so cooperative. And the room service are good. Character wise the team was very nice.

The stay was good and comfortable. Location is also good. Initial room's bathroom has no shower tap, but when i requested the caretaker they happily allowed me a new room. The front office guys were very cooperative and supportive. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Thank you guys.

Budget stay and sheets are not good. Kitchen is there, parking is not safe. Security concerns that matters.

Title : *mixed experience with great location and spacious apartments* i recently stayed at solo the apartment ernakulam kaloor a hotel apartment, and my experience was a mixed bag. The location is excellent, centrally located in kaloor, making it easy to access various parts of the city. The 3-bedroom apartment i stayed in was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment for my stay. However, the lobby and reception area were disappointing. They appeared to be of poor quality, giving a less-than-pleasant first impression. It didn't match the standard of the apartments, which was a bit surprising and off-putting. The staff behavior was average at best. While they were not rude, they didn’t go out of their way to make the stay exceptional either. Some more warmth and attentiveness would have made a big difference. Overall, the stay was decent, mainly due to the apartment's quality and the convenient location. But, the hotel could certainly benefit from upgrading the reception area and improving staff service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Pros 1. The stay was spacious 2. Locality is calm and peaceful 3. Has two bedrooms with bath attached and a kitchenette Cons: 1. Drainage issue: none of the sinks drained water properly especially the one in the hall 2. Water overflows and shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms 3. Amenities mentioned in the listing were not at ALL available. A few of the requests were accommodated upon calling out. 4. Had broken furniture somehow - teapoy, dining table etc. It was fixed upon mentioning. 5. Needs more maintenance as the stay felt unclean/dusty. 6. Bedsheets were stained and unclean

Hotel doesn't have grace period for check-out and it's disappointing experience and i never recommend for anyone.

Very poor. It's more like a boys hostel. Not suitable for other groups. Linen n towel conditions are not good

Good atmosphere, near to public transportation facilities, parking space was there, spacious room, clean n tidy. Staff was friendly and polite. Over all good. There was a teeny problem with wifi, that it was not working. 4/5

It is good value for money, humble staff and very very helpful. I visited for one night and it was very close to the station.
