I had a disappointing stay. There was no bottled water provided and the overall hygiene was poor, the room was dusty and not properly cleaned. Basic amenities like soap and towels were not placed in the room, and I had to call and request them. The room service was very poor and far below expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others.

The stay was so nice. Located near the railway station and all main areas.

The room was very clean and neat and arranged everything in order. The blanket given was also good and soap was given

We booked 2 rooms. Though the rooms were good, the washroom on one room was broken.

Property location is excellent near Railway station but restaurent is not available at hotel. Staff is good and polite.

Blanket was not given, no response at all from the reception, very bad staffs , only good thing is we can check in any time , but don’t go late night coz they lock the reception doors and they don’t even respond to call

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

Experience was worst , no AC working , bad service, bugs on bed and unwashed bedsheets, no running water , no pillow , room size was very small , not matching as shown in pictures, deeply disappointed with hotel and make my trip listing such disgusting hotels on their app

Its more like a hotel where you just come keep your luggage, take a shower and go. While thr rent is 1K+ the cleanliness makes it worth less than 600. The buckets are unclean, the floors are unclean, bed spread has stains, and the toilet light blew off in an hour.
