Breakfast was not offered. Poor room service. Poor attitude of the manager.

Had a very good experience. Good stay and staffs showing very good hospitality.

Please for god sake do not waste your money... There is no proper electricity and millions of mosquitoes on the premises ..,

The hotel has 10 rooms and are really maintained well . Staff is good . Food is great . Not that expensive . Little far away from airport . But really worth for the money u pay

Very good hotel with spacious rooms and very clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast did not have many options, but food that was given was very good

Very few staff members! existing members multitask between housekeeping, cooking, being a receptionist and running errands. Very few items available on the menu. Facilities and other infrastructure provided were very decent however.

Very spacious room and is value for money. Very few workers are there, so do not expect prompt action. Food was excellent. We had pork roast and beef. Both were finger licking good.

The hotel service was average, they refused the buffet breakfast next day as their whole hotel was vacant. The hotel. Management should work on their hospitality and dishes in the restaurant.

It was clean and neat nice atmosphere goodb staffs lot of parking space room service available.

It was for a short time but rooms are spacious and the balcony has an outside jungle view, which is a treat to an eye.

We chose this hotel for a just a sleep over on our way to munnar. Hotel is new, rooms are nice, bathroom is also good. Promptness of hotel staff was also good. Breakfast was decent but many options. Fruits toast many things between but still ordered idle dosa pur bhaji tea coffee. Taste was decent. Only issue is far away from airport and not much nearby making ordering food at night difficult. Overall good experience

Service from the reception desk is poor. Cannot rely on the availability of hotel food. Rooms are spacious, near and clean. Linen is also fresh and the room is very much comfortable. Cable tv was not working since they have not recharged. There is ample parking. Though it is bar attached, there was no disturbance. All put together, the stay was ok.

Place is a bit on the inside. But hotel is decent. Breakfast options are reasonable. Overall experience could be better but it isn't bad for the price.

The property was spacious and quiet little away 15-20 mins from airport in a small town. Well maintained and friendly staff. Rooms and amenities were comfortable and modern. Staff took order for food and served them delicious. Overall value for money.

The rooms had excellent, individually controlled ac units, large comfortable beds with clean, bright white sheets and fluffy comforters. The showers were large and had great water pressure and temperature.
