Excellent Stay
Room was really neat & clean. Toilet was also maintained very well. The stay was very pleasant and the staffs were also really helpful in accommodating our needs. Location is a bit inside, however it’s very easy to reach there by following Google Maps. Also, had good car parking facility too, which is a plus. Very much recommended to stay here.

best buget friendly stay
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! . The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and it had all the basic amenities . The staff was genuinely friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. I was also really happy with the good parking space—it made everything so easy. For a stay thats clean affordable and budget friendly. I highly recommend it . I will surely stay here on my next visits.

Overall, the stay was comfortable with good service and cleanliness. However, being on the 1st floor, noise from walking, door closing, and conversations was quite disturbing.

Nice place but expected more
The property map provided was inaccurate. The property itself seems new and clean. Staff was well disciplined. Surprisingly they charged additional 20/- for extra bottle of water which is not something that happened to me anywhere before. This is a budget stay as mentioned. The property is very clean. Although location and accessibility seems slightly difficult. A surprise to me was that when i asked for extra bottle of water, they said il have to pay additional amount and that the single bottle is only complimentary. That to me was very disappointing and unusual. And i asked for cutlery, they provided with paper plates. This itself indicates its a budget stay. Il say its an average stay and could improve a bit.

Good Stay
Neat and clean rooms. Room has tv, Ac, fan, iron box working good... It's near CUSAT engineering college and easily approachable from nearest metro station but no food is available we should either order from online or buy but no restaurant is nearby it is only problem overall a good hotel to stay staffs are also cooperative...

Good Stay
It was a comfortable and decent experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and adequately and all the basic amenities were provided.
