Room was very small and not good also the staff behaviour not good also they have set time of close the main door ond 11.30 don't take call no show proper location

The location was good but the facilities provided were worst like geyser was not working and many k=more felt that the non-ac room had more facilities than the ac room overall worst experience.

worst experience, i am booked ac deluxe room but they give me normal ac room, it is very conjusted, and the front desk fellow didnt know malayalam or english, i am informed him about this, but he told me to adjust with the room, and also the door lock is damaged,

Its decent stay with all basic amenities Not so much advanced but atleast follow all basic norms....

A north indian man is handling the reception. His behavior towards us was very harsh. When I tried to contact owner, feeling bad about his behavior, this Northinthian refused to even give me his number. I didn't have to stay there because I had already paid online.Andthe bathroom tap in the room they let me stay in was leaking. When I informed them about that, they replied that this was the only room left.

Hotel staffs were very arrogant, not worth for money, that area have cheaper rooms with better facilities. Non a/c doesn't have a small wardrobe, no hotwater, room full of ants. Room cleaning/services available from 10 am to 4pm only. Make my trip was very helpful, they try to support us.

No lift no drinking water. Bad service. No security room is small terrible we got room in 3rd floor there was no lift room was clean that's the only positive thing
