Paulson Park Hotel is a great stay with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Ernakulam Metro and Ernakulam South Railway Station, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Rooms very clean and neat. But fan was very slow to much hot in the room. Room Service are excellent

I had a bad experience in paulson park hotel in kochi and their washroom is dirty with no proper pipes and mosquito bites no net and my sleep is gone becoz this mosquito bites and rooms looks like lodge and in out they have created such a great ambience that's why I choose that hotel I had a bad experience in Paulson Park Hotel in Kochi, and their washroom was dirty with no proper pipes. I do not recommend this hotel, despite the appealing front view photos. The rooms remind me of a boys' hostel, and they are not clean. Additionally, Wi-Fi coverage is only available in the corridors. I feel disappointed that my trip listed such hotels, and I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Very bad hotel. Very bad atmosphere. Not cleaned rooms. Old table. Old bed. Old waahrooms. i am totally disappointed.

I had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, the washroom was hygienic, and everything felt well taken care of. I really appreciated the free amenities and toiletries. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Having parking and an elevator available was super convenient, and the in-house restaurant was a great bonus! Overall, it felt like everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests comfortable. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Good but for 2 adult only one towel and one bath soap provided. For per person this thing separately needed.

A very clean room, but a poor quality mattress detracted from the stay.

Double bed's bed mattress is spilted into 2 parts of 2 single bed mattress. Very uncomfortable for 2 persons. also bathroom door is not closing from inside/outside, it was not aligned properly with frames.. Main gate of room also have some problem while opening and Not too much light in the room...

For easy accessibility & city movements, this is one the best hotels in Ernakulam. 50 to 100 meter walkable distance only to South railway station & Cochin Metro station. Good for family stay. Though the hotel may look new from outside, it's a very old hotel. You won't find freshness in rooms / toilets. The hotel room had a musty odor due to poor ventilation and the building’s age. Air conditioned room may be advisable, in summer, as opening windows won't be advisable, to avoid mosquitoe kiss.

I stayed for 3 days and 3 nights in this hotel and the stay was excellent. All the staff are very good with nice behaviour. Clean room and toilet with ample space matching the rate. Good restaurant and the place is a prime location.

I stayed in non AC where the fan is too old and he cannot swing fast and they are not allowing delivery partners or they are not willing to give room service for food.

Location is very convenient as it takes only about five minutes from Ernakulam Junction railway station. I had no occasion to take food from the restaurant of the hotel. The room in which I stayed was, though neat and tidy, very congested as it has no capacity to accommodate two single cots. Staff very cordial.
