Review Of Puthens Capitol Inn - Apart Hotel

I stayed at Puthens Capitol on April 28, 2025. While the hotel's amenities were satisfactory, my overall experience was average. I did not utilize the hotel's food services during my stay. Key Observations: - Room cleanliness and comfort: Good - Staff responsiveness: Good - Amenities: Basic amenities were available - Parking - Satisfactory

Not maintained properly even bedsheet were torn and property is not clean

behaviour of the employees are good. bathroom need to be little bit clean. availability of drinking water was there. very easy to reach there by uber or auto.

Bedsheets, blankets,pillow were dirty. No hot water . Staff are friendly & well behaved. Very difficult to find location .

Wrong room was given, i booked for a ac executive room and they provide ac standard room worst experience

It is good, but the property getting old. Not enough space for couples in deluxe room. Some items are damaged.

Very near to malls. Caretaker was good and helpful. Very near to metro station. Foodcours are available near to hotel.

Service is not satisfying

Room stay was good, ac was working and cooling, room space is small but adjustable, staff was very polite. Parking facility was there. Only issue i've felt is like that the waste bin, bucket, cup used in the bathroom was not clean. Room boy was available for all the nights, no disturbance from other room has felt. It's couple friendly too.
