Prime location, staff were okay.must regulate the room for non smokers. no restaurant available for breakfast at property!

the room was not at all neat the bedsheet had food stains everywhere washroom was so dirty and i called the housekeeping twice then only they just cleared out still it was dirty

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. this property is located adjacent to main trichur trivandrum highway. rooms have all basic amenities. restaurant is currently closed for renovation however you can order food using food delivery apps and hotel staff will deliver it to your room. appreciate the services of their staff. hope they start the restaurant service soon and include breakfast in the package.

Amenities mentioned in the site was not available. Only boards are there. Not even dental kit at room. Only few TV channels available. No availability of food. Not at all worth for money. Not recommended

The room was spacious, modern, and well-kept. It had a comfortable bed, a small work desk, and large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. The AC and lighting worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean, with a steady hot water supply and basic toiletries. A few more power sockets would’ve been helpful.

Property is located on main road in central aluva. Good option for short stays. They don't have a restaurant yet, it will open soon. But that's not an issue because its surrounded by a couple of them in walking distance.

Close to Airport and very well accessible for everyone as it's located on the highway itself. Clean, neat and well maintained place to stay for a family. Missed the food as there was some maintenance undergoing at the hotel. Sufficient parking available as well. Good and very helpful supporting staff and the manager. Recommend to try out this place for sure.

it is the WORST HOTEL , I HAVE EVER SEEN. YOU HAVE NOT CROSS VERIFIED THE DETAILS OF THE HOTEL BEFORE POSTING ON YOUR WEBSITE. I PAID AND AFTER CHECK IN , I CHECKED OUT WITHIN HALF ANHOUR. ITS NOT A DECENT HOTEL TO STAY IN. NO FACILITIES, NO RESTURANT, NO VIEW FROM THE ROOMS. WINDOW IN THE ROOM, FOR THE BEST CATEGORY ( WHICH I BOOKED) FOR 3FT X 4FT. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOTEL WAS NOT YET OVER. THE SCAFFOLDING WAS NOT REMOVED YET. VERY BAD PROPERTY. MUST REMOVE IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE. I WAS BOOK FOR THREE NIGHTS AND CHECK OUT WITHIN HALF ANHOUR OF CHECKIN. I EXPECT TO REFUND ME IN FULL., WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM TODAY. IF NOT DONE, I WILL POST ABOUT THIS EPISODE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND DRAG INTO IT, FOR LAPSE IN THEIR PART IN NOT VERIFYING THIS PROPERTY BEFORE RECOMMENDING TO THEIR CISTOMERS. I MEAN WHAT I HAVE COMMENTED.

We had a great time staying in Ozone. The staffs were all kind they didn’t make us wait for a long time. The check in and check out was as fast as possible. The rooms were neat and clean as well as the bathroom. All the facilities were working properly.

Some of amenities were not immediately available. There's only table which is also the work desk and the tv table and the kitchenette table. We had to ask for the iron and ironing table. They only provide one water bottle per room even if 3 people are staying inside. Also, if it's a balcony connected room, the balcony is also connected to a different room and the door to the balcony is not lockable from inside the room making it a little unsafe. We did not get the key for the balcony door to lock it even after asking them. The staff were very responsive and were helpful. The place is accessible and the rooms are neat.

I had a great stay! The bathtub was a wonderful addition, and the room was clean with good service. Though the room was a bit small, the overall experience was comfortable and well-managed. Would definitely recommend!

it was a super stay very good ambience just loved it. The room was neat and clean and very well maintained also the staff was very cooperative.

Okish. But they didn't provide hot water for bathing. If we ask for hot water they will bring it from kitchen but it takes around half an hour.
