The lobbies smelled like a toilet. I had to ask to change my room. Which again was a terrible. Toilets are not well maintained. No breakfast was included. Overall poorly maintained

It was a good experience 😊, room was ok.....but the bedsheets were torn and bathroom utilities were missing....a little bit clean will be good. Any way enjoyed the stay. Thankyou

Had booked 2 rooms with breakfast for some guests of mine. When they asked for the same , the property denied any availability of breakfast even though I had paid for it extra. The rooms also looked very different from the pictures and were not cleaned well

The room was quite spacious with a bigger window. Neat and clean bathroom. No restaurant available nearby but restaurants are available nearby. MG Road Metro station is at a walkable distance.

Room was really horrible switch board were not working and flush was not working and ac water was droping there was no exhaust in the bathroom it was really money loss for me

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too bad to ignore. The property has a few things going for it, like the location, which was convenient, but everything else was a letdown. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear the place hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed sheets were a mess—untidy and stained with what looked like blood and other questionable marks. It was disgusting. The ceiling was broken, and the floor hadn’t been cleaned either; there was trash left behind from whoever stayed before me. There was no water provided in the room—I had to ask for it separately, which shouldn't be necessary at all. The cupboard looked ancient. The thermostat was broken and tapped in to wall, Overall, the room felt neglected and unhygienic. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Wouldn’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made. shower handle was also broken and only hot water was coming, adjusting knob was not working to make it cold

Washroom was not clean and had to request for an alternate room.Next room allotted had loose fitting taps.Lighting was inadequate.

Room was Okay but AC was not working. it was too hot inside the room at night. No toothpaste, brush or soap was provided. AC was not working, it was too hot at night inside the room

First of all mobile number given in booking is incorrect, in booking they mentioned breakfast but no breakfast provide, romm mentioned is deluxe but seems like standard one. Room full or mosquitoes, old sanitaries. Very bar experience.

Cleaning is required. Desk were dirty door full of mud n dirt location in great. Staff is not alert busy on mobile phones watching reels

very good rooms, and bathroom television and air-conditioning room with fan and tha window was very nice to seeing to city's. one of my favorite property in eranakulam for the best price

The service was good but the room was not that good. The bathroom was average. Also the roof was broken, i am not at all satisfied with that and all. Because we are giving and coming. So overall it was average

Hotel location -very prime n 2 minutes from metro station, room size -good, staff - average, this hotel needs painting on priority n also over all renovation

This hotel is very neat for the rent fee and this senate hotel is suitable for two or three days, in case of emergency for business purposes.

No room service even for tea. Room not provided with telephone. Rooms stinking but sprayed room fresheners when asked.
