The Times Hotel - Cochin

We stayed for 6 days. The rooms are good and spacious. They always responded cordially whenever we asked. They are bit stringent about toiletries. Will not keep it while cleaning if we do not ask. Cleaning of room and bathrooms were superficial. Mostly residues will be under the chairs coffee table and corners. Not proper with cleaning. Never bothered to change the bathroom mat even after 4 or 5 days. They need to improve on their house keeping. Most of the time when we ordered food or beverages the restaurant messed it up. Overall stay was good and staff is very helpful. Need to give more attention to housekeeping and room service.

Very spacious rooms. Cleanliness on room and bathroom was so good. Clean linens. 4 km from CSEZ industrial area, Kakkanad. Best deal with MMT. Complimentary breakfast is limited, however delicious tasty food served. Reception was at 2nd floor. Don't search in front of entry. Overall a perfect stay.

Stay is good. For this price this The Times Hotel - Cochin is the best choice. Breakfast is not available which is the only drawback but overall everything is good. Location is also easily accessible.

Stayed there only for one night. Rooms are cozy, spacious, and luxurious. Next time when i travel to that area i would definitely prefer this The Times Hotel - Cochin. Worth for money

Location was quiet in an accessible distance , the staff was good assisted with everything and the room was neat and even the washroom was quite decent .

I stayed with family and to be frank never expected room to be so clean and classy , it was very nice and staff were very kind and helpfully

There is no room service in early morning for break fast had to resort to zomato
