Overall experience is average as location is good & 3 good restaurants are available in the same campus but there is no kitchen. Didn't get tea in the early morning & breakfast served at 8:30 am with tea while checking out which is too late when you are in business trip.

soloStay is good. For this price this hotel is the best choice. Breakfast is not available which is the only drawback but overall everything is good. Location is also easily accessible.

Spacious and luxury room

Stayed there only for one night. Rooms are cozy, spacious, and luxurious. Next time when i travel to that area i would definitely prefer this hotel. Worth for money

Rooms are good and spacious

familyWe stayed for 6 days. The rooms are good and spacious. They always responded cordially whenever we asked. They are bit stringent about toiletries. Will not keep it while cleaning if we do not ask. Cleaning of room and bathrooms were superficial. Mostly residues will be under the chairs coffee table and corners. Not proper with cleaning. Never bothered to change the bathroom mat even after 4 or 5 days. They need to improve on their house keeping. Most of the time when we ordered food or beverages the restaurant messed it up. Overall stay was good and staff is very helpful. Need to give more attention to housekeeping and room service.

Very spacious rooms. Cleanliness on room and bathroom was so good. Clean linens. 4 km from CSEZ industrial area, Kakkanad. Best deal with MMT. Complimentary breakfast is limited, however delicious tasty food served. Reception was at 2nd floor. Don't search in front of entry. Overall a perfect stay.
