It was great stay @Paradise Valley, excellent property and the Staff was very helpful. The food was very good with local flavours and the staff helped in Sightseeing.

The property was big and luxurious. They have maintained it so well. The home cooked food was amazing and the view was fabulous.

Stay was really bad except for the care taker who were really good. 1. To reach this place is a big challenge as it’s more or less a dangerous off road drive which doesn’t support all vehicles. Our travels driver refused us to take there and he was correct about the road situation. 2. ⁠ NO HOT WATER in the bathrooms for two days in Munnar was a huge disappointment and very horrible experience. 3. ⁠View just doesn’t match the pictures shown. Definitely not worth the money u pay. There are many better n cheaper alternatives available with same view in fact with better roads to reach. 4. ⁠All the bedrooms have super slippery flooring which was so so weird and have never experienced before. You don’t even have to run, simple walk can also make you fall down suddenly. Very weird but true. Overall was not a great experience and definitely not worth

The property was good but the property caretakers were not active. They left us handing over the property without giving any number or wifi access. The place is isolated and doesn't have a cell network. Also the food utensils were not cleaned and had insects in them.
