Whatever shown online while booking was opposite when we reached the property. Tent house rooms were very unhygienic every where there was fungus and spiderweb. Only the good thing was the service was good and the staff were helpful.

Amazing Stay

really liked the property and the environment. the staff here is really cooperative and helpful. amazing service by the service guys. The owner helped us a lot when our car battery got discharged, a commendable job done by Prithvi. thank you so much would really recommend it to everyone whoever comes to visit nainital next time be it a friend or family.

Paradise Pool Resort is a property located in Khurpataal which is a small village around 9-10 kms before Nainital. The access to the property was not that great as only one car could pass on from the road leading to the property. The property was overly priced since 5k per night is not justified for a tent accomodation, but it may be due to the peak summer season, but still not worth it. The other facilities were good as it has a Pool and we only had breakfast which was also average in taste. We booked the Tent accomodation for 2 nights and were upgraded to a higher room category just for one night only.

The property is run by inexperienced members of the family. They need a good manager to run things around. The property is located at an offbeat location which is good, but there is a walk of 500meters from parking till the resort. Electricity is a major issue and they don't have proper back up. I found the water in the pool very cold and could impact the health of young kids. I stayed at their luxury tents and found cockroach around the table and inside the kettle, so zero marks on hygiene. The staff named deepak and one of the owners ashish were good and genuine people. Their dog coco was the highlight. Not sure if this is how a 3star property should be maintained, but i am not staying at one again. They miscalculated my bill and added items that i did-not order which i had to get removed. If you are a group of guys, go for it. But carry your liquor with your coz they charge 600 extra for getting it to you. Another way for them to mince money. Their breakfast time was 8-10 but the staff used to wake up at 7:30 in the morning. It was the first time when i saw guests waiting outside the restaurant and waking the staff up. Tandoori items were part of the menu but they did not prepare tandoori on both the nights i stayed there.

It was a short stay but whole family had an amazing time no doubt the place and location was beautiful and excellent but ultimate experience was the staff ,their warmth and kindness didn’t make us realise that it was away from home 🤍. Thank you to the whole team of The Paradise pool Resorts .

1. Non sound proof rooms all sounds of rooms are easliy audible to others 2. Food quality was good but taste was not. 3. Very slow service 4. Structure of tents was not well. Managed, there was some animal. Crawling on our tent. Which didnt let us sleep till. Morning. Not recommended for family and couples way to hotel was too complicated. Had to walk 300mtr from a village to reach property.

One can opt for this hotel if they want to stay away from city noise. A peaceful stay. Also you will have to walk/climb around 100-150 m to go to the hotel. Cars are parked very far away from hotel. Bathroom was small and unclean. The stay was good but not worth the money.

The stay was good, but tents went not up to the mark. They are bit untidy, but overall experience is good. However there are less options for dinner, but good was good. I would suggest to add more option in dinner and breakfast.
