I did not have a good experience, I paid additional for the Jacuzzi and despite the cold weather there was no hot water in the Jacuzzi. The food wasn’t good and there were frequent power cuts because of which even water wasn’t there. The property is far away from main places so you can’t even go anywhere around or order anything

Terrible experience. Hotel is poorly maintained. There is No cleanliness, insects were there in rooms and nobody took any measures to remove them. Even the roof was leaking. Also, leaking geyser. Most of the items on the menu are not available. Only 4-5 dishes were served. Room service is terrible. Do Not Stay At This Place If you want your stay to be smooth.

Pleasant stay with nice rooms and weather only thing is that electricity back up is not available. Also parking space is very small. U cannot park more than 3 vehicles at a time

Hotel rooms were seriously very bad got injured due to bed as mattress was small and bed size was bigger

Location of hotel is perfect.. the calm and serene view but all they have to do bit cleanliness. Food was amazing but try to serve on time. I would like to stay here again. Staff is good and polite.

So this is my first time writing a review without even asking because this staycation really deserves a raise Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, and the service was top-notch. We booked a room with a jacuzzi —absolutely well maintained and relaxing The location was ideal Cleanliness 100/10 But the best part? The breathtaking view! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and luxury

We had a stay at a hotel in Nainital, booked through MMT, and faced a serious safety hazard. While my wife and young daughter were in the washroom, the geyser pipe suddenly broke just as they were stepping out. Had they been inside for just two more seconds, this could have been a disaster. The hotel’s safety standards are severely compromised—there is no proper maintenance, and the geysers are of extremely poor quality. This is a major risk to guests. I want 100% refund of my booking.

The stay was excellent. The view from property is awesome. The road to reach hotel is narrow and only single car can pass at a time. Food and services are awesome. Staff is very cooperative.
