We had a wonderful family stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and spacious rooms that were perfect for a comfortable family stay. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the relaxing ambience and greenery all around. The food was delicious with a good variety to suit everyone’s taste. What made our stay extra special was the attention to detail and the friendly service that made us feel at home. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway—relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. Property's location is reasonable and within easy reach. Food was made well but the portions were too small. Amenities were average.The place was not well organised and nobody seemed to be in charge.The area was unkempt. The overall impression though was ok particularly considering it is in a hilly,not so well connected location.

Its a beautiful resort with serene beauty and great amenities. Its a kids friendly place with activities for kids. Food was also good. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Location of the resort, hospitality of the staff, size of the rooms, food in the restaurant ..all of these are very good in this property

Location and staff service was good but the room had cleanliness issues (cockroach found) and food was average.

I recently stayed at The Palm Era resort during my trip to Coorg. The resort is beautifully designed with lush greens and landscaping. I stayed there for 3 nights with my daughter and I must say it's a very safe place also as their main gate is far off from the rooms. It's a well gated resort with good security. The food was good and the service was perfect. I must say these guys won my heart with their hospitality. The rooms are quite good and very comfortable. All the specifications were in good shape be it the AC, Geysers etc. No complaints at all. I think their staff needs a special mention. Avinash and his team did a great job👍🏼Will definitely recommend it for family stays.

It was comfortable but food quite costly

Palm era resort is very good. Rooms are good with all facilities. Staff is very helpful. Only bad thing is there customer has to take entire buffet meal which costs around 500 + taxes. They should provide food on alacart basis-so the customer can order anything & don't need to pay for entire buffet.

It was a calm place and nice to spend with family. All the major tourist places are nearby hotel.

Nice place to visit, good nature, maintain well hygiene, especially for couples food is asome.

Palm era resort is located near kushal nagar. It's location is good in terms of proximity to dub-are elephant camp, river rafting, tibetan monastery, other natural scenic places. The property is very well maintained and the food is good.

We had a very pleasant stay at palm era resorts for a couple of days. The place is really quaint, close to nature. We had booked the villa, it was very spacious. All amenities are good and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and taste. We had lunch and dinner also at their restaurant on both days, the options were very good. All food was prepared fresh and very good taste wise. All staff are very courteous and made sure our stay and experience was comfortable.

It was a nice stay with amazing ambience and hospitality

Ambience is good. Staffs are really nice. Liked the locality, easy access calm place. Food is also good. Rooms are veer y neatly maintained. But i feel standard villa is very small. In total i recommed this property. Excellent
