Good place but needs improvement
the resort is good..the rooms are also good but the service needs improvement. I called the reception for hair dryer but the staff said its not available. also there was no warm water and the temperature was really low which was making it unbearable specially for kids. Water heater should be provided to all the rooms. apart from this, the food and breakfast was really good. The staff members Asha and Bindu were really helpful and gave good service. the resort is good..the rooms are also good but the service needs improvement.

Bad, un-higenic, not managed resort I ever stayed.
We stayed for 2 nights. This property is not maintained at all. Rooms are not hygenic. There is some pathetic sharp unbearable smell in room, they dont have any solution for that. AC remote was not working, when asked o change the remote they said that AC service guy will come tomorrow morning and I have to manage for tonight. Finaly, I waited 2 hrs in night 12AM to get the another AC remote from some other room. There is no indoor activity for kids which is in good condition. Recreation room is just like a plain hall with one carom board which is also very dirty. Most of the food intems in menu is not available. Any tandoor item is also not available from menu.

Excellent Stay
Stayed h for a cousins family get-together with kids, this place is really wonderful with clean and comfortable accommodation, good food and mostly incredible, friendly and welcoming staff. Also the pool area was well maintained and the resort had a very relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a getaway

We're very satisfied with the property location, food served, facilities provided and hospitality of the staffs starting from the front desk to housekeeping and kitchen support. During our stay the property was out of electricity buy yes hotel provided us candles and match sticks.. haha

The resort is beautiful, rooms neatly kept spacious and in scenic surrounding. The property is little away from the town . The service was good. Breakfast options could be better for the charges they are levying. overall it was a pleasant stay

Rooms were little overpriced and the breakfast buffet had a less options. Although the service at the buffet specially from Ms. Asha and Ms. Bindu was really amazing.

The property is beautiful and rooms are very hygienic. Staff very polite and cordial. Need some improvement with respect to activities like gym and pool. Gym room is on bad condition and filled with rain water and only two to three equipment’s which is not good

We had booked Oak rooms and they were in really bad condition. Even bed sheet had stains which they didn’t change. This property really needs maintenance and paying this high for such dirty room is loot. They don’t have any other facility than swimming pool.

I was initially given a oak room, where the bath handle easily comes out or broken while handling and then after complaining they gave a new oak room which was not properly cleaned and full of smoking smell throughout the room and more in bathroom, so I will not suggest this place if you are looking for family stay
