Pleasant stay at Woodstock Resorts
The deluxe rooms were clean, pristine clean toilets. The resort itself is situated on the lap of the hills, overlooking the Madikeri city. The setup of the resort is setup quite scenic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nabin from staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome with his demeanour. The room cleaning was done on time, whenever we called for the staff we received help. The Breakfast included as part of the package was quite nice. Overall we had a relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend this place to others for their Coorg adventure.

Excellent Stay

Service improvement required
Location, food, amenities everything was great but there’s big room for service improvements. Staffs and Service didn’t come out as polished as 3 star rated resort. They seem to intentionally put glass and jars made of glass inside the room and even if accidentally glass gets broken, they will ruin your entire mood and everything at the time of checkout asking for some idiotic pricing (200 in my case) to be paid against the same and won’t even care of your whereabouts (along with my team) stopping my exiting vehicle while being asked for this amount. Thankfully, they didn’t put an antique glass showpiece inside the room else who knows they would have put the same on us at the time of checkout. Summarising, it came out as keeping their belongings safe has to be utmost priorirty for guests during their stay.

had an excellent stay at the place. it also houses the famous bigcup cafe which serves excellent coffee and food. excellent response from the staff and well maintained rooms. they even catered for an impromptu request of decoration and cake at night. loved our stay over here

Nice place to relax with Family and Friends
Woodstock resort has a very good ambience with a swimming pool and spa. The food served at the breakfast was very tasty and full of variety. The best part of Woodstock is the location as it’s bang on the highway and in close proximity to al the tourist spots. The staff at the reception are truly professional.
