The location is very near to town, food( breakfast) and the services were excellent. Host Arun and his associates were very cordial in nature and very helpful, felt like staying at home

"We had chosen this place for a night’s stay to relax, but the experience was disappointing. The mattress was extremely poor in quality and completely worn out. These days, even regular hotels provide good mattresses, but this property does not justify the price charged. Very sad and disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the facilities."

Property is less a km from raja seat, raja tomb and fort. Breakfast provided was very delicious. Stay is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen making it a kids friendly stay. It was clean and tidy and care takers were very prompt in their service. The house is getting a bit rustic but it still well maintained.

The stay was very economical. The highlight is that they had all utensils inside the room, also their breakfast was very tasty which you often don't find in complementary breakfast packages..

The overall stay was ok but not as per my expectations. Staff were good. Bedsheets were not clean. Toilets were not as per expectations

The stay was peaceful, at a very nice location. It was a quiet surrounding, with a very good food shop nearby. The breakfast was pretty good. All in all, it was an excellent stay.

The average stay, the room was smelling, it's an independent house with congested parking. Not worth the price

The orleander service apartment was really delightful with peace & tranquility, good behavior by the caretaker family, i recommend.

Worst experience ever i had in my room bookings till date. This property isn’t even worth 2000 rupees but they charged about 5 times higher. It starts from the parking which could just accommodate 2-3 vehicles that too couldn’t take out without others moving their car. There are 3 rooms inside a shared apartment kind of setup & everything outside your room is common space. There is no security person available. Caretaker won’t be available beyond 7 pm. Tv size is 14 inches with only local channels. You need to place the order for breakfast evening before & it is not about your preference but it is just about confirming how many portions required & that too would be received with hesitation. Our breakfast menu was paniyaram, bread toast, 2 jam packets for 4 people, omelettes & coffee. This is kept in the common area for each room separately. None to ask for anything more or to provide feedback. Instructions given is to check the notice board pasted in each floor to check for the numbers to call in case of emergency or anything needed. Otherwise, anyone would be hardly visible in the area. Extra mattress was provided for which we had to spread the bed cover (1 white cloth that was left above the mattress) ourselves. No toiletries available in the room & you could find screen cloth which are way old & dusty. Overall, very worst experience due to which we canceled the 2nd day & moved to mysore urgently. Almost 50% of the amount was withheld for cancellation which is the worse of all. If you are looking for a decent (not even sophisticated) stay, this property is not the right choice. If you get it for less than 3k, it’s then worth it. This feedback isn’t given hastily or out of anger. Instead, a very candid feedback given based on my direct experience along with my family of 4.

The property is really good. It's a service apartment with basic features. Very neat and clean! i would recommend the stay here !

The rooms are over priced. No lift, you have to walk up to the 3rd floor. No a/c in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was so limited. During check out no one was there to bring down the luggage. The experience was not good.

We stayed in this property for 3 days.The place is spacious and very clean….,we were hardly given any choices for vegetarian breakfast.Also when the key was not handed over to the reception on the second morning,the apartment was opened without our consent for cleaning.This is not acceptable and the person incharge should understand that without permission,entry is forbidden.The basic need like drinking water and towels unless asked were not provided.Also the television in the room is of a laptop size with hardly any channels subscribed.To sum up,there is a lot of scope for improvement.

Had a good stay at oleander service apartment. The host was very polite and showed very nice hospitality. The breakfast given was very tasty and homely. The apartment are very much in the center of the town making it easy to access all basic necessity things including taxi/cab etc. Overall had a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend oleander to my family and friends. Thank you.

We were a group of 10 friends on a road trip and the comfort at myspace express oleander service apartments made it even better. Care taker was very nice to ask for coffee after a long trip. Rooms were spacious, clean and well arranged. Enough space was there in hall for 10 people to sit and chat. Good views from the balconies. Overall a very wonderful l stay

We have stayed here for 3 days and the property is near to ksrtc bus station. Host is good and welcoming. Property provides you basic utilities in kitchen so you can cook also but they don't serve any lunch or dinner as this is serviced apartment and not typical hotel.

Had overall good stay. Some small issues were there like geyser switch not working, light not working.
