Good location, spacious room.It deserved to be a 4-star 🏨 Only thing: it was slightly short-staffed .

I stayed at Oxyrich Hotel in Coorg and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not well maintained, and the bed sheet, blanket, and towels were in very poor condition, which was especially uncomfortable since we were traveling with our child. Breakfast was fine but very limited, with the same menu served every day. The service was also unsatisfactory — there was no hot water, and the in-room phone wasn’t working, making it difficult to reach the reception for any issues. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel

The stay was pleasant and the staff was good but can be better nice property good location reasonably priced. one main issue is food could be more for South india which is missing they have North Indian cuisine please add South Indian cuisine as well.. ignatious xavier stayed 12th to 15th

Maintenance is not good and they didn’t provide the rooms which we booked they provided another category of rooms

Hotel room is not clean Bed is not cleaned before check in Room boys and receptionist manager are not responsive after several calls Internet is disconnected frequently Tv also not working

Overall Good. Very near to madikeri town which offers good mountain vistas and a peaceful atmosphere.

Though the location of the property was beautiful, had a very bad experience with quality of room and the staff service quality

No doubt the location was good. The food was horrible from complimentary breakfast to lunch and dinner which is managed by its manager Sachin. He is so adamant and rigid that he is not ready to take feedback too.

This hotel location and balcony view is mind blowing, property has own parking and the staffs are very good , Food and the quality is very good and healthy serving , the property has lift and swiming pool I would suggest that this one is very good in this range

Staff was not cooperative. Cleaning wasnt done properly.. no food option. Breakfast was worst and repeated daily.

It’s an okay property, had a shady spa and unskilled therapists but the property Is okay. Decent food and good service

The location is good, Sachin from restaurant team had great behaviour. Pros: food was good, good view from balcony from one side of hotel rooms, wide parking space. Improvement needed: mobile network is weak and not available for other half of hotel. Some times IR card will deactivate.

Hotel is in good location and food also good. Staff behaviour is so polite and fast acting. Overall experience is good. I will refer to stay with friends and Family

Rooms were decent but food was average. They repeat there menu daily both for breakfast and dinner and when we asked why everyday same food the manager was very rude said we serve this only. Then at restaurant they had only 2 waiters to serve we had to wait for cutlery after our food came and in the mean time everything was cold. And when me and my sister went to tell the manager about same he said if you are done with the food, go, This was male chauvinism because when men were giving him feedback he was okay with that but just because we are women he had to treat us .

hotel rooms were in a pathetic condition,there were lipstick marks all over the bed,Ac was not working,rooms were stinking, bathroom didn't had soap and other accessories,when complained to the manager,he said sir today only I joined the hotel

Less service staff, average food quality, power supply issues, bad hospitality and behaviour from higher authorities, property location is good so you can only visit for stay with your own personal stuff. They are even charged for baby food and milk and extra water bottles and extra tea taken during breakfast. Overall I am not suggesting to stay with family here. Swimming is also not maintained properly.

The hotel is nice overall, but there were a few issues. When booking, it wasn’t mentioned that the hair dryer is only available upon request and subject to availability. Additionally, the toilet flush didn’t work properly, and we experienced problems with the Wi-Fi connection on the first day.

On a good review, hotel is located on a good spot. Restaurant food is good. Breakfast needs to improve, same menu repeats, no omlette, no milk cereals, no bread toaster. Overall good property
