⚠️ ALERT – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! ⚠️ This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. 1. Zero Security: The most shocking part – someone actually entered our room while we were inside! This is a massive breach of safety and privacy. 2. No WiFi at All: They advertise WiFi, but there is absolutely none. In today’s time, that’s unacceptable. 3. Misbehaving Staff: The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making the stay even more frustrating. 4. Room Issues: We had to change three rooms in three days because every room had problems – from cleanliness to maintenance. The property is poorly managed, unsafe, and absolutely not worth the money. Please don’t fall for the pictures or description online – the reality is completely opposite. ❌ If you value your safety, peace of mind, and money – avoid this place at all costs!

We recently stayed at the resort and had a wonderful experience. The property is well maintained and offers a very comfortable stay, but what truly stood out was the hospitality. A special mention to Ramakant for his exemplary service in maintaining the kitchen and consistently serving us delicious meals. Good Stay
The stay at the resort was nice and the food was excellent. we had good memories staying at the place with live music, sumptuous food and welcoming hospitality. I would like to acknowledge the staff working there, especially Mr. Ramakant, he took care of little things during our dining at the restaurant. One thing which can be improved is the cleanliness of common roads and areas within premises.

Terrible Stay
Extremely poor experience. No electricity in our cottage named "Shatrugna". Despite taking 2 hours to fix it in the late evening, they couldn't resolve the issue. Then they asked us to stay in another room for 2 hours in the middle of the night in the name of resting while they were trying to find a solution. Ultimately they provided a standing fan as last resort which too shorted due to power surge which happened only in our particular villa. Ultimately we spent the entire night without fan and with mosquitoes. When we asked for refund we were not entertained at all by the property manager. We complained to the OTA who gave us mere Rs. 1500 as consolation for our Rs. 10K+ per night booking. Really pathetic service, wouldn't suggest Parampara resorts coorg to anyone ever.

Place is good and clean. It’s very near places like nisargadhama, dubare. Food was good, and live music was also good. Pool was kept clean, but spa was not available and no notice was provided earlier.

Had a nice, comfortable, relaxin experience
The resort is conveniently located close to all tourist attractions. Impressed by the polite reception, and many thanks to Ramakant sir who is really hospitable. He helped with an early check-in, got us a villa on time. He made sure the place seems familiar. the overall ambience of the property is really calming and comfortable. the complementary foot massage was great, and the restaurant food was also tasty.

below average quality out of 10 i can give 4, No more guarden arrangements , maintanance , gym not clean and maintenance , cycling machines not working properly, ceelings are dirty spidernet and dust, boundary compount net are crossing illegal people inside , near ganga cozy cottage, and we booked room 2 with private pool cottage but we get single cozy cottage, without private pool, and pools are after 19:00 low lights, only spot light. and water is heavy chemical contant. restaurent complimentary foods are valuesld, but aircoditione swich on with ventilator is open, at the same area pets are growing ground , cycles are not worthy, so can't afford without good conditions, night some musics shows , and fire bone need to improve quality, and complementary foot massages are worthy and good service, staff behaviours are very good but improve hospitality quality. services are very good , and some cottages inside no cold storage facility, toiletry tissues are not arrange properly for a short stay , securities are good services , craft shopes not providing Gst bills and dirty with old craft , fully dust products they arranged. pet view area are need maintanace , low quality , i liked pets, and every program time to update in the booking itinerary . and some area is too dirty and old products keeping like scrap sanitary ware . parking lines and Reserve parking not mentioned inthe area for the near areas for cottage . and we requested car wash. we get the service , not bad and we give they requested money. but not included bills, (excluded bill paid. ) and we are happy 40% . games areas not arrange properly. equipments are keeping in reception area, it's time laps to distance for collection and reback to office. we didnot get koctails. but in the menu showed.

familyVery beautiful resort with lots of greenery. Live singing program at the dinner time was the highlight. Lots of activities for kids. Food was very tasty and there were lots of varieties. Staff were very polite and helpful. Housekeeping response was little slow which can be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to visit again.

familyOnly thing we liked was the food. Buffet spread was excellent and was very tasty each and every meal. Coming to the location it's very far from madikeri and there are no tourist attractions nearby. If you are going to stay here better option for personal vehicle as there is no transport available nearby the resort. We booked a deluxe ac room along with dinner for 2 nights. The day earlier we stayed at gokulam resort which was really beautiful and we were charged the same price. Wouldn't say parampara was not at all good but the pricing was not justified. Apart from that we liked the food and the hospitality was excellent. Everyone were helpful and courteous. Great shout out to varun from reception. Very helpful guy.
