The bungalow is good for a family stay but it's location is different from what is shown in makemytrip. It is 1. 5 km steep downhill from alamanda estate where only their jeep can go. It takes up to 30-40 mins wait for the jeep to show up for you to be picked up from top to the bungalow or vice versa. There is nothing near the bungalow except bedminton court, so for food or anything else, you just need to rely on the jeep.

The bungalow is among the lash green coffee plantations which itself is so mesmerising that can not be explained. Below are the points i found worth sharing: 1. Get the proper location if you are travel-ling by car from any city (mysore, bangalore etc. Location mentioned in mm t is not correct. 2. The property owner/s have 3 different property. A. Hildale crystal court which is near to madikeri, b. Cottages which are just above (uphill) the spice village and c. Spice village (down the valley. 3. Once you reach the cottage you have to keep your car their and property has a jeep to take you to the bungalow. That service are available only 2 times; morning and evening. 4. Do not order food from any of the properties, as those are waste of money. We ordered once and got disgusted with the test. It is absolutely rubbish. 5. It would be better if you go with 6 to 8 people or as a group. The place is enough to accommodate 8 to 10 member easily. 6. Please take a walk in the coffee plantations. It will be worth the visit. 7. Spice village is near about 6-7 km from madikeri but we were not able understand that distance. As a whole it will give you a different level experience.

The location of hotel is not correct. If you are with the family its highest unsafe place. No services, no proper staff. In fact none of the person from hotel is with you. If anything happens no one is there to take care. No sign of resort was there. If you forgot the place no one was there to help you.
Everything was worst. Its not a place to stay.
