Bad Experience at Treebo Doha King Hotel
I had a disappointing stay at Treebo Doha King Hotel. I paid for one night, but when I arrived at 6:30 AM, despite the hotel having many empty rooms, I was charged an additional 500 for early check-in, which felt unreasonable.
The room itself was small and cozy, but that was the only positive aspect. The geyser was not working properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. To add to the frustration, the TV remote had no batteries, so I couldn’t even watch TV during my stay. The wifi stopped working after 10pm.
The most upsetting part was the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. Not only did he charge me extra for early check-in, but when I asked for breakfast the next morning, he outright refused to provide it, which was very disappointing.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Poor service, lack of basic amenities, and unhelpful staff made my stay far from enjoyable. I got no compensation till now and no one is taking ownership of the issues.
