Enjoyable and relaxing stay at this resort

We stayed for 3 nights, booked 3 Premium Cottage rooms. Rooms: Clean and neatly managed. Well lit bathrooms with natural light. Bed area is well lit too. Spacious balcony and good view from the Balcony as we had the center court and swimming pool facing room. Room service was available on all the days. They provide iron box on-request. Rooms are sound proof, no common sharing walls between 2 rooms, it was a proper cottage experience. Facilities: 1. Clean swimming room (we saw it being cleaned every night), good nature and garden around. Tall trees, lush green lawns, hammock tied between trees was fun to sleep in during early mornings and late evenings. 2. Restaurant at the resort was adequate to host 30-50 people at a time. There were tables around the swimming pool too. 3. Camp-fire will be started in the evening around 7:30pm, was a good experience. 4. Evening high-tea will be provided at 5pm around the swimming pool area with tea/coffee and fried veggies. 5. Indoor game room surprisingly had good variety of games (table tennis, air hockey, foosball, snooker, chess, carrom, etc) and all are well managed. 6. Ample parking space was available too with a 24hr security watching over the vehicles. 7. Spa facilities were there too, however we did not avail the facility during this stay. Staff: 1. The restaurant staff was the best. I made sure to ask for their names to mention all of those in my review. Karthik (The manager) was extra nice, very professional guy. He made sure guests are taken well care of. He took care of the requirements very well during our stay. His team (Puneeth, Teena, Sajith) were great too. We really appreciate their service during all these days we stayed there. Also food (quality and taste wise) was great. We always had some or the other complaints with taste during our stay at other resorts, but we were pleasantly surprised to taste such great food in this resort. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff too.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Even the restaurant had a bad odor, to the point that I couldn’t sit inside and had to leave. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price I paid — definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

I recently stayed at TGI Resolant Resort and was thoroughly impressed! The food was delicious and diverse, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for Dubare elephant park. Hotel has great rooms but the maintenance was very poor. Staff were mostly clueless and lost. We booked 2 rooms, our first rooms windows slide was not working then they shifted to different room post multiple follow-ups where the bathroom one of the light was not working. And intercom was not working. Overall they need to improve the service quality. Otherwise the great amenities.

Resort is wonderful with all standard amenities . Had a pleasant stay at the cottages we booked. Ambiance is superb and location of the property is also very nice. Friendly staff and good people. Food quality is also good. Though the breakfast and buffet meals were not very sumptuous, but was good and tasty. Overall a good and pleasant stay.

Property location is near to Dubare Elephant camp. The resort is quite and family friendly. Lots of greenery, indorr games and clean slimming pool. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. They also offer complimentary tea and snack in evening.

location is in the foothills ...climate is mild chill not very cold (summer-may end).rooms are good and maintained good..service is good...food is average for the price..go oly for buffet dinner n breakfast...lunch alacart is not upto the mark...briyani was worst....other than food it's good..but slightly over priced 32k for 4 rooms

We had a great stay at the TGI REDOLENT, COORG. The food was very tasty with a lovely spread. Rooms were so spacious with 5 star amenities and well maintained. Even took a footspa after a long journey, felt super relaxed. Overall had a great experience as a family and enjoyed every minute there. Kudos to them for taking good care of our needs👏🏼👏🏼

The resort staff is very cordial. very peaceful and calming stay. location is little distant from the main town so You can not go to the main town by walking. auto or cab is required and that is available on call. so it's little expensive. food is good.

The stay at TGI was extraordinary.The hospitality was exceptional .The food was also pretty good and reasonably priced .The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing swim. The indoor games area was a great bonus, offering fun activities like billiards,table tennis and carrom. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and super comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. The entire resort had a peaceful, luxurious vibe, making it a perfect escape from the daily hustle. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

It was an amazing experience staying at this resort. I have 2.5 yo baby, needed cow milk for her everyday. staff has provided me with fresh farm milk daily in the morning and also cleaned & steralized the milk bottle! What else a mom wants! So thankful to them!! Also the rooms are huge, balcony is huge, everything is just good here. Food was tasty and swimming pool was clean and kids friendly! They also do High Tea in the evening which is absolutely complementary! Staffs are courteous!
