The resor offered very nice view from the foothills of the hills, and was a very plea-sent even when temperature in surrounding areas was very hot. It is located well around a beautiful l water falls, while close enough to the nagarhole park. While the rooms were very well maintained, clean, and offering good customer service from the staff, it can be made more luxurious.

Location : close to iruppu falls, but far from nagerhole sanctuary, so travel-ling issues are there - local jeep & auto are expensive, so stay here only if you have your own vehicle, otherwise take a hotel in kutta if you want to visit the nagerhole sanctuary safari. Food : good, tasty, great cook, but expensive, a lunch of fish curry (2 banga) + rice - will cost you 800 if you share as a couple, rate more than a five star. Facilities : good clean but small room, no tv, powercut everynight after 10 pm, so 2 nights we spent without electricity, generator kept off, could not sleep at all for 2 nights without any fan. No mobile signal & no wifi when powercut, so complete isolation & darkness, which can frighten citydwellers like many of us. Lot of customers have written about this regular everynight powercut in the resort's comments book, surprising noone has written on site, so are those good comments biased, dont know. Staff : good, good cook overall : cannot justify the cost - food, stay, powercut, no tv, far from sanctuary- expensive local travel

Quite disappointed, food and rooms

Property is good. Good car parking. Cleanliness of the property is not upto mark. Buckets, cups and bathroom floor are slippery. Windows were not clean. Overall cleanliness rating is 5/10. Food is very good. We are vegetarians hence we find all of them tasty. Tourist guide, booklets should be added. Should also mention how far from coorg main city

Stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Staff in the property are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Quality of complimentary breakfast provided need to be improved. Lunch and dinner are good.

Good food, location and value for money.

This is the place where they served food what we like and it is very tasty. Their service was very good. That location itself very nice. People who likes nature they just live this hotel. If we go as group we can enjoy a lot.

Location is good as it is near Iruppu falls and 30min to safari point. Staff: Deviprasad and team are courteous Food: Breakfast can include fruits, juice. Rooms should have tea/coffee, milk sachets, and hot water kettle.

Mr. Devi Prasad and Naveen are very approachable and the service was excellent. Even after I reached the venue at 8 am. Good rooms wasn't offered to us instead of given to others who have checked in at 3 pm. Apart from that disappointment rest everything was excellent.

Maintenance needs immense improvement.

This place is close to Nagarhole. Peaceful. Good food and nice locality. Not busy and good place for relaxing.

Affordable and in a stunningly fresh and quiet environment. A nice little lawn with a swing to sit on and listen to the birds singing amidst the lush Green Hills. A short walk outside takes you to the lovely Irpu Falls. A short walk inside their backyard takes you into the woods, through a coffee farm! Decent room looking new and a large bed to sleep on. The staff there is friendly, prepare good food for you. And there is a pool table and a projector too!
