Rooms and hygiene were not upto what is shown in photos. Cost is high

Room has a damp ceiling, bed sheet was dirty, no functional fan, floor was dirty as well as tiles was broken

we have booked a room with 2 seperate balcony through make my trip. we paid extra 1500 for that specific room for the mountain view. When we reached there they have given that room to another group on people for higher rent through offline booking. they provided us with a low quality room which is not clean and no tv, no geysers. very bad experience with this property. They told that the breakfast is complementary. but we had to pay money if we need extra one bread omplete will cost. they provided 2 idli only as complementary and that food was terible. Swimming pool was good and clean.

The ambience was nice.. service can be better and the kitchen needs to be cleaned properly

We have booked this stay for 2 days with breakfast included breakfast . They don’t have breakfast option only one item you will get . When we asked for tea /coffee they told there is no milk , no tea for today. There is no one to listen your concren. staff, care taker every one is so unprofessional. Every time you have to go out for food else order from zomato/swiggy . Doors are not locking properly . There is no dining space to have breakfast .

The Location is really worth the price And it is a affordable stay comparing to many properties over there FOOD : Breakfast is inclusive but 1st day they give idli vada,which was super salty I give 0 stars for it 2nd breakfast was good I give 4 stars Pool : 5star, super clean and u have two open shower with hot water for 24 hours next to pool even in rooms bathroom u will get 24 hours hot water Note: if you are going out for any adventure in the early morning inform them for better services ROOMS are good VIBE is FINE but NEED TO BE IMPROVED TILES ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR THAT CLIMATE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM A HOTTER WEATHER PLACE FLOORING WITH CARPETS WOULD BE IDLE OR ELSE YOU CAN VISIT THE PLACE AFTER RAINY SEASON FOR PEACEFUL ROOM TEMPERATURE

the overall stay was cosy and good . we felt quiet and peaceful with the overall view around the stay. I would recommend to visit and enjoy the Stay in kollanoor.

nice location but old property and poor management. Floors were clean but window sliding channels had dead insect and smelly room. Everyone smoking and drinking alcohol open in swimming pool and balcony. No reception to reach out only one ph number. But he served well.

The place is great and location is really good! Place is really maintained very well and the caretakers are helpful and always present. There are great views of the sunset from the property itself. We booked a deluxe room and a had a great time

No meals served. Rooms below average. Staff was helpful. No geyser, tea coffee arrangements in room. Ok for youngsters from college / low standard travellers Only view from location was good.

The room was spacious with excellent view. The cleanliness is maintained though can be improved. Managed by a couple of guys only so services can get delayed or even denied sometimes as noone is there to cater. Food is homely but below average given that they charge 400rs each plate

Excellent location, very pleasing and caring behaviours from the owner and staffs. Areas for development: breakfast options, varied kitchen facility. Staying in guest is ok but food and service is very bad proper management is not available for there.

only location is quite good but room, where my family stayed was very simple, there weren't A.C, intercom, electric kettle, not changed bed sheets, rooms clean, so on. amenities and services was worst. so it was money watage. we aren't happy so far.

Property location is a plus point with beautiful views. Food prepared was nice and tasty. Price of food if going on al-a-carte is same as any outside hotel. Infinity pool was still getting built may be once that ready it might be add on for stay. Many tourists places are very near by. Atlast they just need to work bit more on cleanliness of rooms.

It was overall good but description of room didnt matched expectations were high but overall it was good and mmt is very supportive and helpful to me during my stay.
