Room was decent. Very below average bathroom. Check-in experience was poor with only one lady managing and the main guy was absent. This was with breakfast- horrible bfast spread. Breakfast arrangements were done in terrrace while it was raining and cold. Open terrace, the food was so cold

We stayed at "treebo sans saurav kushalnagar" from december 16 to december 19. While the staff was supportive, almost 40% of the facilities mentioned were not provided by the hotel. Examples include: a tv was available in the room, but no channels were accessible, only youtube. The sanitary bin was damaged, leading to unpleasant odors as cleaning was scheduled only once every 24 hours. This was especially inconvenient because we were traveling with our 15-month-old son and needed a proper place to dispose of used diapers. mentioned that a cupboard and locks would be provided, but neither was available. This forced us to carry our valuables with us whenever we went out, which was both risky and inconvenient. There was no sofa in the room, contrary to what was listed. Only 1 liter of mineral water was provided for two guests every 24 hours, which was insufficient. Several amenities listed were a major reason for booking this hotel, particularly because we were traveling with a young child. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that many of the promises were not fulfilled. Additional issues: a dental kit was not provided. Room service was inadequate, as the intercom phone was not working. Each time we needed assistance, we had to go out and call the staff personally. These shortcomings made our stay very disappointing and far from the expectations set by the hotel listing.

Hi while checking in shiv shankar the receptionist was helpful. Overall the hotel ambiance and complimentary breakfast was good. We felt the washroom size was too small. And there was some running water noise coming from the nearby room for the whole night which caused disturbance in sleep.

The room was quite large and comfortable. However, the bathroom is short and not clean. Location is in the centre of city.

The room is quite spacious, though it lacks basic amenities. Parking is a significant challenge, and the air conditioning unit in the room was outdated. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating, welcoming us with a smile and assisting with all our requests.

Poor hospitality, poor service. Breakfast is also not that great. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room is clean and located in the middle of the city. The staff is polite. Breakfast is limited, but the food is good. The room was clean, but there was a slight smell coming from the bathroom and towels. No bathroom kit is provided. The tv is there, but you need to connect it to the internet as the cable is missing. There is very limited car parking space. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a one-night stay.

Washroom was pathetic, it was very small, room was smelly. No parking facility. Please don’t stay at khushalpur’s hotels.

Clean rooms. 3 bed room suite is excellent. Bathroom in 2 bed room suite is a little small. Good location. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. No cable tv.

The stay was pleasant. Well cleaned and maintained rooms. The complementary breakfast was good. Only negative point is dental care items were not provided

I had paid this hotel charges it is very worst, first of all at morning breakfast was very bad only idli and pongal rice provided, paid this much of amount for room rent and pathetic breakfast was given. Also the room was very disturbed, tv and ac was totally in another side installed, tv should be opposite side of bed and ac also from the right side or left side.

There no food arrangement, that is no restaurant. Also food is not allowed in the room, which is very inconvenient to family. Complementary breakfast was so so, that was not a buffet breakfast, the quantity served was limited, varieties of food was limited.

The experience was good. The hotel is clean. The checkim and checkout went smoothly. Thanks for service

No generator, no current no other alternative facility, food also not good worthless. And also staff was not good
