The stay was average, The service was very poor not provided any toiletries, not sufficient drinking water, n t breakfast is worst that I had eate either

The room was good and well maintained. However the geyser failed to function

new property and same room as shown in the picture, very close to Dubare Elephant Camp and cooperative staff.

Property is out of town no shops and market nearby the hotel doesn’t serve food u hv o bring all the way from Kaushal nagar 20km the photographer are different from what actually u get it’s small hotel the condition of cottages are poor even the free breakfast serve was of low grade simple idly worst experience in terms of the amount charged it’s not at all proprtnate to amount u spend it’s basically simple road side hotel where u get rooms in 15 00 here the charges are triple

The washrooms were in a terrible state, and the lack of lift facilities made things even worse. Moreover, it seemed there was no chef available, so food was a major letdown – we didn't even get coffee. We were accompanied by our elderly parents, who had to climb stairs since the AC rooms were only available on the second floor. With no food available, it was challenging for them to go down for meals and climb back up to their rooms. To top it all off, the key system was a disaster. We thought the power was out, and we were stuck in the dark for nearly 2 hours. When we went down to inquire, the staff just banged the keycard holder a few times, and suddenly the lights came back on. Overall, the experience was pathetic

rooms r gd bt washroom is not clean n i felt washroom should b hygenic. m stayed in room as well as in cottage but I saw they r not cleaning floor of the bathroom that also they should do it other wise rooms r neat n clean location is best nfood is not preparing there but they r giving order to sme 1 else it tastes gd but cost is little bit high n their service is too good

Stay is very close to Dubare elephant camp. Rooms cleaning could be better.Hair and dust in the room. First floor no lift access , had to carry the luggage through steps.

Good place , you can plan for with family , rooms are very clean, friendly staff, enjoyed with families, food very good it’s truly worth

Stay was good and considering the location was nearby Dubare Elephant camp, the only issue was food - breakfast could have been better and also the restaurant was not functional so we had to manage food by ourselves.

Breakfast was not good as it was sourced from outside because Cook was on leave. Idly was very hard. Also hygienic aspects of food was bad.

When we reached the hotel, we had to switch the rooms, because the fan in our initial room did not do work properly, the only reason this hotel got 2 stars is because it’s employees were somewhat nice. The amenities, the area in which is located in, the fake advertising of swimming pool or a working restaurant should earned this hotel rating in negative.

The staff was kind. very good experience, very near to the dubare elephant camp. swiggy delivery is available there.

Property is really very good and nice but the thing is it as no food facilities. We have to go out for food. No wifi when we booked room.

i have several grievances: 1. there was nobody at the reception when we arrived for check in. i called the numbers provided, but nobody answered. after waiting for 20 mins in uncertainty, two men arrived, nonchalantly . one of them came to the reception, unapologetically. the manager went to his quarters/room. 2. we wished to upgrade from standard room to ac room, since that was available. initially, there was a lot of back n forth in communication. the man at the reception called the manager for everything, but the manager refused to come to the reception for a discussion with us. this wasted time. 3. he first said we can upgrade to ac room with additional rs.1000 payment to them, but in 5 mins they rejected this offer and asked us to cancel our booking and make an alternative booking, despite the fact that there was no option or button appearing to upgrade/modify/cancel booking. this was resolved with the initial idea after we called, but we lost a good 30 mins in their confusion. 4. nobody was at the reception even later in the evening. i had to open and shut the main gate to take my car out, despite being a customer. terrible service continued. 5. during check out, a senior person who possibly owned the property was available to help take the luggage downstairs, but he refused to load it in our car. the receptionist and the manager were nowhere to be seen during our entire stay. 6. the restaurant was shut during our visit, despite all posters promoting meals, which is utterly misleading. we had to travel 10 km to grab dinner in the dark. if we did not have our vehicle, we would have slept hungry because they refused to arrange any meal for us. overall, horrible service. the room was alright and clean, but they need to improve service and must be more customer- friendly👍🏻

Hotel is very excellent cleaning, maintained well very comfortable

1. The Room and toilet were clean. 2. Wifi speed was good. 3. Staff behaviour was also excellent. 4. The overall experience was excellent.

I would like write review in detail. I would like to review in detail. Booking experience was good but little anxieus as per reviews hotel was newly establishes and very few review were available. After arriving at hotel first impression was awesome. Cleanliness, space, ambience were up to the mark. There was little argument (healthy) with manager regarding extra bed but ultimately we came to the sttlement as per my opinion. Apart from this every aspect of hotel incl-using service, food quality, staff behaviour was really awesome and i will give 10 out of 10 to all of these parts. Really awesome experience. Location of hotel sutaible for maximum sight seeing locations in coorg. Manager is very informative and co-operative in all aspect. Thank you so much.

It's new hotel, and the staff is little amature for hospitality industry. Though they are polite and friendly. Also as the name says "resort" it is actually not.
