Had to check in in the early morning 2.30 a. m., but door was closed and the given contact numbers where not answering. Wash room utilities were not good, bedsheets were not clean.

Terrible Stay
The bathroom was not clean and it was stinking. Everywhere in the room it was filled with ants.

Stay is not so good
The bathroom was not clean and ants everywhere in the room cleanliness was not maintained ... Tv was not working even after informing the staff they dint repair and leaking tap inside bathroom..

Poor Stay
familyI booked a deluxe room which is not at all worth it. The bathroom is substandard, not cleaned. This hotel is not a 3 star one. The ambience, amenities and service is like a lodge.

Not bad
Rooms are ok, the bathroom needs to be cleaned a little more. Toiletries and towels are provided only when we ask. The staff is friendly. The property is easily accessible.

Good location but average hospitality
We booked 2 rooms. One deluxe and one standard. Delux room is good but standard room was not. Bed was not comfortable and cushion had stains. For all the basic things like water bottles, towels or tea coffee sachets you need to go to reception every time. It is not kept in room. Towels are very old need to be changed. We had 2 nights stay and asked for room clean up for next day. They didn't provide fresh towels we had to use old one only. Location-wise it is good. But hospitality needs improvement.

Terrible Stay
Booking this hotel is not advisable due to the sub-par facilities relative to the amount of money expended. The incessant noise from outside and the glaring lights from passing vehicles make it challenging to achieve a restful sleep. Furthermore, the service at the restaurant was unsatisfactory as we had to wait for 20 minutes without any staff attending to take our order, prompting us to seek dining alternatives elsewhere.

Wifi not functioning properly. Less options in breakfast. Room service not up to the mark. Kitchen staff reluctant to help with the milk boiling for my 1 year old.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are small. Bathroom was smelly. Wifi signals doesn't reach the room. Definitely not worth for 4k. No towels provided.

Nice place
soloWalking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!
