Room was good. But there was no room service available. Only one person was handling entire activities. Even for a cup of tea we have to go down. As you indicated about restaurant, it was also closed. We have to ordered food from zomato. That was not good experience. Hotel was good. But there is no room service at all. Even for a cup of tea we have to go down. Food we have to ordered from zomato. As mentioned there is no restaurant opened. Only 1/2 persons managing whole hotel. Cleanliness was good.

The room didnt had ac working, fan not working, cleaning was done on request, parking during day time was not available. Good thing was after hearing all issues, room was changed.

first of all the name of the hotel was something different, we had breakfast which they got from local dhaba and gave to us in plastics, litterally we had coffee in plastic bag. no plates or spoons. no parking for the hotel, have to park in some pay and park place. exorbitant price we paid. never thought we would be scammed by MMT bookings

Very poor quality hotel. No parking. Parked car on road in night. No restaurant. Booking done with breakfast. They bought packed idli vada from outside in some plastic cover. We didn't eat. AC was making big sound. No cooling. Managed with fan only. Condition of bathroom also bad.

Unfortunately, the stay was a very bad experience and definitely not worth the cost. 1. The hotel name on the board is just Townhouse Oak City Center, not Super Townhouse as mentioned on the app – which feels misleading. 2. The room structure looked like the photos shown , but there is no proper maintenance. Rooms felt old and poorly kept. 3. Staff behaviour and hospitality were very poor. No support was given, we had to find and enter rooms ourselves. 4. WiFi connected but had no internet. 5. Bathrooms were in a very bad condition: showers didn’t work properly, the holder was broken in all three rooms, and we had to manually fix it every time. One bathroom even got locked since there was no outer handle to open it. 6. Basic amenities missing – No AC remote, no kettle provided. Overall, the hotel felt more like a lodge than a 3-star property. For the price charged, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is at a prime location. Staying was good. The reception is friendly. There is a lounge in the same building on the 4th floor which offers both liquor and food. Restaurant on the 1st floor. Ideal location to stay with friends and Family

Hotel rooms are good but few amenities & facilities which are mentioned while booking are not provided. Parking facility is available after 9pm till then you have to park in pay & park facility or on road side. TV were not working.

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention the extremely poor service we experienced at the hotel during our recent stay. We had booked 3 rooms, but at check-in they argued that only 2 rooms were reflecting in their system. After discussing for 20 minutes, they reluctantly agreed to honor the booking. The problems continued throughout our stay: • The ACs in the rooms were not working, and the staff kept running around without resolving the issue. • The hotel restaurant took over an hour to serve food. • Though we had booked complimentary breakfast, they informed us that only one item would be provided instead of a buffet, making it feel like a favor rather than part of the service. • The bathroom drains were blocked and water wasn’t flowing properly. • The reception was unattended, with only a number written for contact and no staff available. • When we asked for soap and toothbrush in the morning, the staff seemed surprised, as if they had never provided such items before. • The hotel does not have parking facilities; we had to pay an extra ₹300 for 3 cars at an outside parking area. • The rooms were full of dust, as if no one had stayed there for a long time. Since we stayed with 3 families, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Attached are photos for your reference.

Property didn't do laundry service all the bedsheets were used. we didn't get the towels and anything. we booked for 2 suit rooms and one deluxe room but we didn't get those. initially they denied to give us the rooms but after so much fight and struggle we got our rooms. we tried to call multiple times but you guys didn't respond. we are extremely disappointed by the service

Had an incredible time with my boyfriend here. Clean room and friendly staff. Great place for couples.
