Staff is very cooperative and very helpfull for customer, I really happy with the staff behaviour and response

Stay was really good. Hotel staff coordinates well. And rooms well hygiene.

Property has good ambience and it perfect place to take a stop at night before reaching madkeri, It's center of location you can enjoy

Not good as expected. Not good for couple or family.

Grand tower residency has good environment. All rooms are good with power and wifi. We got the feel to plan next time also this one.

The room has windows opened to lobby. The curtain was falling as the holders are damaged. It was disturbing as people walking were peeping through the window and knocking doors at midnight. Felt very disturbing. Couldn't sleep properly.

Not as per the mentioned photos and room is very small. But it was double bedroom. No room boy to pick luggage

It has good facility for the price range. There was hot water 24 hours.

Unclean room dirty pillow, spread and blanket. Dusty furniture. Dirty floor. Dusty room. Very bad experience.

Hotel staff is not friendly and rude. We have booked a room for 3 members with extra bed, but no extra bed provided.

It is lodge type hotel, rooms are same as in the picture, bathroom is clean, however dust stains can be observed. In night we observed coacroaches below the bed. Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. At this price point & location (near to bus stand) this hotel is good.

Booked for 4 person but gave 2 person room, cleanness ok they have big room as per booking but manager said talk with owner

I booked two rooms for two days, booking was very easy through the app. Both of the rooms were very neat and clean, 24 hours hot water but the bathroom was very conjusted.

Good and so convinced property. So good i am comforts to stay and easily locatsble

Room was neat and good. Good service boy. No fan but climate was cool and rent was affordable. Thanks for the parking facility.

Hotel rooms are very small and no amenities. Even parking is there. No food available. Cleanliness is also average.

Rooms are comfortable, spacious, hot water will be there everytime, we arrived in the early morning 3:30, but we booked 1 day prior because the timing will from 12 pm to 11 am but we need from morning for frushup, they will available for 24 hrs.
