We had a booking of 3 deluxe rooms for check in 20-09-2023 check out 22-09-2023 and check in 25-09-2023 check out 27-09-2023. After booking once i checked the deluxe room details, i couldn’t find an ac facility. Then i rang up the property and talked to md to confirm whether the deluxe room has ac, lake facing and in 1st floor or not. He replied none of these are available with deluxe. So, i wanted an upgrade of all three rooms with ac, lake facing and in 1st floor. In reply they told me, it is possible to upgrade with all i want, but i need to pay extra 600rs per room per ni and pay at the property. Then i agreed. When i reached at the property, they could provide me 02 rooms with ac, lake facing and in 1st floor and one room with ac & lake facing but in the ground floor (not on first floor. When i asked, they replied this is what is available. The manager of the property was on leave. We talked to them, but could not solve the issue, in the 1st floor there was also renovation going on in some rooms, so we thought maybe it would not be possible on their part to give us another room. We agreed, on their commitment to make it alight in the next slot. But after check out when we again came in the next slot (25-09-2023 to 27-09-2023) we were given 1 room on the 1st floor and 2 rooms on the ground floor, i talked to the manager of the property, he replied 1 room on the 1st floor is occupied, he offered me the 2nd room in 1st floor for 2nd day, now he is unable to shift his client. In this stage after a lot of discussion and quarrying, we found out there was only two room on the 1st floor with lake facing & ac, third room did not exist. We could not find a solution, then i talked to their md, after discussing the whole issue we finally came to a solution that, instead of charging for 2 nights premium, he would charge me one-night premium and one deluxe (i. E. Instead of charging 3600 extra for the upgrade of three room he would charge 1800inr. They have a very good lawn and they offer a campfire for the guest. I hope they shall make their lawn more attractive. Location of the property: the location of the property is convenient for those tourists who has own or vehicle support for 24 hrs. No public or private transport is readily available nearby. Service of the staff: all the staff are very cordial. But a staff, needs to undergo a small course on hotel management, where he would learn the rules and basics of hotel and resorts. Wash rooms: out of three, two wash rooms are ok. As the third one is mosaic, it looks dirty in comparison. Geyser is ok. But flow of water was very poor, so i had to fill up the bucket and mix hot water with cold water and take a bath. All the toilets have the same issues. Comments: the property needs some minor improvement of facilities, the management had lack of professionalism and commitment. Committing and not being able to keep a commitment is a kind of bluffing to your customer.
