Their service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was peaceful — perfect for a relaxing stay in the mountains. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar!
