Yes the resort / Nigeen Residency Resort was good, just slightly away from main city and narrow roads are partly a part of kashmir but the staff was excellent very neat and clean place and had the rustic touch to it which i liked personally, felt like home and excellent breakfast and dinner as had amazing vegetarian options with separate kitchen. All in all very good, view is also nice,

My stay at this place was outstanding they take a personal care to each customer owner of the property also provides us a cab and the driver mushtaq was a very nice guy. The location is outstanding 5 kms away from dal lake but a very beautiful view of nigeen lake from the balcony highly recommend this

Room: rooms are big and spacious. and cleanToilet: Toilets are dirty and bad smell is. Location: It is very cool and calm place outside of main city. Peace place. Almost 9 kms from Lal ChawakFood: good quality and very hygienic. Little bit costly.Stuff: very good behaviour and cooperative.

We had a very warm and cozy stay here. This is definitely one of the best properties to stay while you are here in srinagar. Danish was very courteous with us, while faisal went lengths just to light us a bonfire. There was another bhaiya who was very welcoming

Everything right but no provision of breakfast, you have to stay satisfied with tea and slice, there is no electric kettle in the room.

I stayed for a night. Not very fancy but comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely nice. I was traveling solo and everyone was very helpful. There is a small garden with a swing for chilling outside

I had a wonderful experience staying here! what a gorgeous place it was, everyone so humble, the rooms so comfortable and clean and the views were so amazing! a place you should definitely stay at for a calm experience!

He has given upgraded room with same price. Lake view from balcony. Behaviour is also good. Breakfast is okay.
