It was excellent stay in this house boat. Ashraf bhai was very helpful and he was taking regular update. In this price range it is superb. It is near to number 9. He arranged all our further trip plan with great suggestions. Thanks alot.

Was there for one day only. A bit far from main road but the service was good

Rooms were not good and electric

The place i booked and the housboat i was taken was different. I travel-led with my mother and she was not well. It was late night we checked in. Nobody at the shikara gate knew about tis houseboat. Wen i called the number, the person who asnswered said ilthe shikara would take half an hour or else i can com w on my own. My momwas shivering with cold. Then i can called him to ask the name of houseboat but it was adamant and did not provide the name and said i will have to wait. After a longitm a person cam to take us and he kept on rowing the shikara amd took us in some drak corner with no lighta and the last housboat in one corner. That was not what was booked and for sure not the location mentioned. I told the guy why didnt u say the name and its not the place i booked. Also i told him my mom is unwell and may require some assitance how would we go out when you put us in tis corner. I told him pl. Cancel the booking we will book somewhere else but he behaved very bad and rude. This was just not expected. Absolutely money minded people with no humanity. Do not recommend tis houseboat at all.

Very nice room. Good room service. Very nice behavior Kashmiri people are really very good and loveable and Mr. Ashraf was really helpfull man and a really good person.

It was a good stay. Caretaker Mr. Ashraf was very cooperative. Better for boys to stay in short budget

It was a new houseboat with a great hospitality. They assist you well to locate the houseboat and rooms are clean and well maintained. Very spacious rooms and extra guest can be accommodated comfortably. We really enjoyed the stay. Food is also very good just like a home made food.
