No no no for family. Narrow staircase unable to up down by mom very bad. Amazing staff behavior it is the only best thing i experienced. Solo young traveller or couple traveller is for very good.

The hotel is being expanded to cater to more guests and had a good promotional rate at the time of my trip. The location is excellent and the personalized service provided by sunny kalra regarding food, laundry etc was such a nicety for a solo traveler like me. Great value for money!

The hotel is although small with limited rooms but very cozy. The staff is very humble and courteous. It is located near post office and direct rickshaw for Rishikesh is also available nearby.

1. Entrance of the hotel is very narrow stayers. 2. Toilet accessories are bad. 3. Hotel staff are good. 4. It's switched beside the crowded road so all the night we get the sound of voiceless which is very bad. 5. It's situated near to station and market.

Room doesn't have wardrobe/draws and room has lot of cockroaches crawling on the bed, in washroom and into luggage. I stayed here for a day as I had to catch flight next day. So booked it for a quick stay upon reading reviews of Make My Trip.

Bathroom door was not working. Colouring was shabby due to water seepage in the room and bathroom.
Room was at road side and there was a sound of horn, buses and nice of any work outside. Disturbed the sleep.

It was a good stay. Rooms were quite clean. Hotel staff was cordial. They arranged good food for us on our request. I will recommend stay here to my friends and relatives. It is at walking distance from Har Ki Pauri. The holy Bath in the Ganges was quite refreshing.
