I recently stayed at Ganges Riveria during my solo trip to Haridwar, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, which is especially important when you’re traveling alone. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained with all modern amenities. I loved waking up to the serene view of the Ganges—it was both calming and refreshing. The location is excellent as well, close enough to the ghats and temples yet peaceful enough to truly relax.

Though we had stayed at the Hotel previously also in 2023, as Guest House of PNB, but our experience after 2 years, instead of improving as per our suggestions, it simply deteriorated. We had booked two rooms, 315 & 316. Room No 315 was not ready till 12.30 pm that affected our tour. Lights in the washroom were not working, they had removed the fridge from the rooms and were only restored when we requested. They only provided hand towels when we requested. The electric cattle were not functioning, only after reminding a couple of times, were replaced. The most horrifying things which I encountered for the first time of my professional tours in India, our family international tour of Europe, In entire Asian countries and Australia, we had to call them time and again for drinking water. The temperature outside was almost 39* (Feeling 40*+). Because of the above mentioned, we did not not take our meals in the hotel. in Broadly speaking, it was a great disappointment staying at Hotel Ganges Rivera. I would request MMT to sometime personally visit the venue and only personally be satisfied, book for your customers. We had to rush back because of the atmosphere at the venue. Thanks

Located near premnagar ashram chowk, at the main highway, 3 km far away from hari ki pauri. The restaurant is available in hotel. Food quality is good and tasty. Rate is costly. They are not providing complementary breakfast. Parking space is available. Dth set top box is not installed for tv. The cable network is used for tv, because of this, sometimes tv is not working.

Flooring of the room required replacement. Nails are coming up and punched into feet while walking. Experience is not comfortable

Good location, staff cordial and ambiance was perfect. Food was palatable. All total a beautiful stay.

It was very nice hotel and touch to highway. You can also have the ganga river view from 3rd floor and it is awesome.

Location is on Haridwar Delhi highway but out of sight seeing area.
