Though we had stayed at the Hotel previously also in 2023, as Guest House of PNB, but our experience after 2 years, instead of improving as per our suggestions, it simply deteriorated. We had booked two rooms, 315 & 316. Room No 315 was not ready till 12.30 pm that affected our tour. Lights in the washroom were not working, they had removed the fridge from the rooms and were only restored when we requested. They only provided hand towels when we requested. The electric cattle were not functioning, only after reminding a couple of times, were replaced. The most horrifying things which I encountered for the first time of my professional tours in India, our family international tour of Europe, In entire Asian countries and Australia, we had to call them time and again for drinking water. The temperature outside was almost 39* (Feeling 40*+). Because of the above mentioned, we did not not take our meals in the hotel. in
Broadly speaking, it was a great disappointment staying at Hotel Ganges Rivera.
I would request MMT to sometime personally visit the venue and only personally be satisfied, book for your customers.
We had to rush back because of the atmosphere at the venue.
