AVISHA EXPRESS

Hospitality was poor. We were not allowed to sit in the rest room as our train was late. No water facility was available. It is not near to har ki pauri. Owner is having attitude

property location is good. but many experience was bad. food quality is good but quantity of food is not sufficient as per charge. electricity facility is not good. towels are unhygienic.

dirty kattle, no hand wash, no bath accessories, only a single towel, dirty flask water, bad room service. baar request karne par bhi yeh sab service nahi sudhari aur mujhe aur meri wife ko early checkout karna pada aur bahut hi nuksan hua.

Service related. They are denyed to serve breakfast in the room. they told me come to downstairs and eat. I have a small baby thts y i requested him. Others service is Good like proper room clean etc.....

Better options are there at the same budget near har ki pauri... it is 45 minutes away from har ki pauri ( walking).

staff shortage, mismanaged, old and poor building, ac wire was open and connected without switch,ok for 1500 to 2000

Room r decent, looking old property, I stay one night, but really i not sleep properly because too much sound came,fully disturbed by out side people..i informed front office gyu also,he told they can't do anything.. because outside too much busy. room equipment also old.only positive is room size r good

I was in Haridwar for one day trip. Hari ki Pauri is easily reachable by e-rickshaw. It is around 1.5Kms from hotel. Overall stay was good. Receptionist were humble and welcoming. Linen sheet was having stains over it. Shower gel was box was empty. Water was dripping continuously from basin tap. I had to turned off the tap from the bottom to stop water wastage. Hot water was available throughout the time as geyser is installed the bathroom. TV had Tata sky connection and channels were available. Overall, I would recommend a stay at Avisha Express.

It was pleasant stay beautiful experience neet and clean room. Good loketion. Food waz awesome delicious excellent service very nice and humble ganesh ji. Thank you make my trip i highly appreciate and recommend

Rooms were a little smaller than expected

excellent stay at avisha, very helpful and friendly staffs. Highly recommended stay in haridwar. Also its very close to har ki pauri.

The staff was decent and polite. Rooms were clean and fresh.

Stay was ok but hotel and rooms are not very good. Staff is quite friendly and cooperative. Parking is not in the premises. And room was overpriced. Food menu is very limited. For staff you will not find and complaint.

Totally worth. Room was clean and fresh. Highly recommended. It was an amazing to stay there. Nearby e rixa available to go nearest Ganga ghat.

Travel-led with a friend, stay was average due to the following points 1. No split ac, only window ac was there, and no remote for ac 2. Water supply at taps are not adequate, pressure was very low 3 towels were not clean 4 they did not have glass or water bottles at room, after asking they provided a jug that too without a cover 5. Overall room maintenance is not good, they only maintained the reception area to attract tourists, that's all

The rooms are great, the location of the hotel is quite good, the amenities are good. Definitely a good option to stay.

The hotel ambience was good bhat the facilities like hot water and drinking water bottles wore not provided also the split ac shown in the picture was nit there in the room. The room had window ac which wasnt working properly

Good staff behavior and also good in location rooms were clean and towels clean tv ac all items were in working condition

Stay was good but restaurent services are not upto the mark. I hope this may be due to being a new property. They are streamlining the services now
