I stayed in dormetry at 4 th floor There is no lift. Wash rooms no clean . There is no cloth hanger in bathroom . No mirror in wash room . Bed roll , blanket not washed

no television in the room when asked the attendant he said not available. if u offer the room it must have all facilities

Place is near station walking distance, har ki pauri n mansa mata mandir are also near good location, rooms are clean washroom is clean jst little small, overall good place and budget friendly

highly recommend for a solo travelers. the staff was good and cooperative. all the facilities were there. i visited there in summer Ac was also there in dormetries.

First thing first...The guy at the reception won't show any welcoming gestures. He would keep staring at you until you opened your trap. I opted for a dormitory as I was the solo traveler. Two washrooms over there were in a pathetic condition. Too small to breathe comfortably. In one washroom the washbasin was littered either with a vomit waste or some rotten food. The hand held jet was leaking. Despite my repeated pleas the owner didn't bother to redress my complaint. Stuck in this situation at night time, I had to upgrade to a private room. If the customer pays then they deserve fair treatment. The washrooms were unclean and unhygienic. Despite my request to clean the washbasin filled with something stinky, it was ignored.

Location was not good, from main road the namplate was not visible clearly, rooms were not good, not clean, bathrooms were very smelly, we have to change the rooms, the room service was the worst, there was no lift, roof tops was worst and messy full of garbages, and there was dispute in guiser, we have to bath in cold water

On my recent visit to Haridwar, I discovered a budget hotel near Railway station - Hotel Raj . Hotel deserve an applause and a shout out for their quick services, cleanliness and well behaved staff. Mr Sanyam ahuja personally managed my travel requirements and I had a comfortable stay. Thankyou.

I have been traveling for quite long now n must say this property has been one if the best worst with the owners attitude and zero gratitude if you can't respect your guest n don't know the meaning of hospality ur in the wrong business sir one they were dying to get the room back during the check out process as I will take it away with me and the staff n owner communication n attitude hats off its still running along that you have to keep running after them for basic necessity, no extension call to reception though a dumy phone is available in the room you'll have co. with cockroaches n damp walls and smelly towels what not n cherry on cake the way owner behavior will never recommend or visit this place ever.

Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is supporting. Value for money.

Room was good. But they asked rs. 200- extra for ac even though i booked an ac room.

It was good. The rooms are clean, the behaviour of employees is also good.

Very nice. Clean and tidy hotel. Comfortable bed and not far from the train station tucked away from most of the noise. Excellent service.

Owner and the staff at the guest house were very cooperative and willing to help every step of the way. Timely help to resolve the minor concern is well appreciated. Ac works properly, and have proper light backup system. Keep it up!

No natural light or air in the room. In cupboard no hangers. Towel was not dry. Room was at 2nd floor without lift facility. Congested staircase and corridors. Room was also very congested. Overall room was suitable for sleeping in night only. I checked out at 7. 00 morning just after 14 hrs of check in. Not much services available including internal kitchen. Not a good stay.

First of all i would like to appreciate staff's behavior they were very good and helpful as well hotel room was clean and if talked about location so location is also good nearby railway and bus station easy to access all the things whether it is food or anything everything was there so must visit this guest house but keep remember please book deluxe only in that you will get air conditioning not standard room

Stay was average, ac was making noises, automatically getting switched off. Due to rain, spark noises was coming from washroom wiring. Guest house was very far from main road.

All are good & staff also very friendly & good near by railway station & hari ki puri no restaurant available here
