familyVery bad experience totally unprofessional team and owner also. What they committed didn’t fulfill the same and badly spoke to customer. They also don’t respect how to talk to senior citizens. If owner of hotel don’t respect then how can expect from employee. I say don’t recommend this hotel to any one.

familyService so so, request for toiletries dishonored, broken bath hangers, no light on bathroom mirror, lift not working, sofas not cleaned, tea charges tried to get more than tea served. Poor interaction of writers and received on reception

Nice hotel lacks staff
It's a nice hotel a few kilometres away from hear ki pauri. Cleanliness is an issue but sorted when requested the reception. If you want to stay away from crowd this is the best place. Reaching the hotel could be a issue if you follow go-ogle map. It's better call hotel find out the way to reach.

Remarks
Hotel staff is good and cooperative. However, the support from MMT is not good. I called MMT for support twice unsuccessful even though this is MMT assured hotel. Also, as explained in MMT about hotel that is not upto the mark.
