i paid thinking i booked river facing room. When i reached the hotel location, they told me, you booked road facing room which is one small ugly unclean room. They said you pay extra, we will give you river facing room. How much ‘extra’ they will charge you depends on how rich, poor, desperate, or frustrated you look after concluding a long journey. Two unclean, unhappy poor boys in their late teens or early 20s are the only room service support. Overworked. Bad service. Cook is bad too. Cauliflower or pane-er same taste, one gravy in all curries. Be careful of the manager at reception. , he watches films the whole day. Be careful with your expenses and keep track to avoid overcharging. Yes, there is a ghat but unclean, dirty, unhygienic, and is chargeable for puja, not free to use. Tv and ac are old and not functional unless you call and wait for the boy to fix them, remote battery not working, cable channels are not subscribed, no toiletries in the bathroom, only one small 5 rupees margo soap, torn, overused white towel.

Good stay. It's on the river. Polite staff. Guiding us well. Quality food. Quick response

The owner lady at the reception was pathetic and really a night mare for any tourist. She is not willing to listen to any issues. Finally i paid double the price that they agreed ( rs. 8000)

As reached the hotel but not good experience as the room was normal and there is no distilled water to drink as there there no car parking as paid car parking

It was awesome experience to stay in anand niketan. Very good location, own ganga ghat which make feel happy to see. Food quality is excellent, staff behaviour and service is excellent. Want to visit again and again. Room cleanness was excellent. Overall it was excellent.

Hotel was overpriced and worst inf-act it was shala. When we went hotel they wr not knowing about our booking. After several try we managed to found number. It was shocked to know our booking was done through agent. Her attitude was horrible. She misbehaved badly.

The staff and the hotel manager was very rude in behaviour. In beginning they didn't allow to stay, they said rooms are not there. So, i didn't stay in this hotel. No

I travel-led along with my family, booked 4 rooms and was very excited about our stay here and of-course thier private ghat! to my dismay, neither the ghat was worth the effort, nor the hotel was worth the cost. It is just an average hotel that you would find easily anywhere in a city like haridwar. Yes, i must mention that the food was really good and tastes just like a home cooked meal.
