Very bad service 😔😔😔😔

Main location on Haridwar..Staff Good.. Room clean and Good looking..walking distance from har ki Paudi..

Worst experience, hotel reception person didn't respond over the phone, as we were not able to reach the hotel with our car due to zero traffic area, struggling two hours more, night and didn't even had dinner so make my trip person also didn't respond properly over the phone, makemytrip also didn't reveal the zero traffic area of the location of the hotel mansarovar, haridwar, we are punished, totally harassed, we never recommend this hotel even to our enemies

Property locations at good but property is worst and horrible. Flooring was very dirty. Water glass was not clean. Stool not provide in was room. Bedsheets was clean. Even bed was broken.

Basic amenities like a tv dish were not recharged. A small bathing table was not available in the bathroom. The ambience was not good. Car parking was not available in the hotel. Hotel staff was good.

Hotel was very average. No pantry. Lift was extremely poor. Some of staff was also rude. I was expecting something good but couldn’t find except it was near by of ganga ghat.

Hotel maintenance was but was little far off from the main road. Amenities were good. There was no restaurant.

Experience very bad because hotel rooms are very dirty, bathrooms are full of cockroach, not cleaned, no bath stool and no wiper no exhaust fan overall experience is very bad not a good hotel staying for families

The hotel location is good. Good and proactively helpful staff. The rooms were quite spacious and washroom was neat and clean. Tv was not working, and we had to wait for a while for them to recharge it. When we reached there was also some issue with the ac. They did fix both the things, but when you reach at 7 pm, it was uncalled for (and the reason i’ve removed 1 star)

Reasonable price and good service

The hotel is located in a bo traffic zone, being close to the har ki pauri. Therefore luggage needs to be fetched or carried from the municipal parking a 10 min walk away. This aspect is not clear, when the hotel says free parking. That phrase too is deceptive, since there is actually no space.

Staaf is also cooperative but only 1minus point is there is no kitchen

Bathroom door lock is not working. Generally two types of water is available i. E, hot and cold but in this hotel only one is available. No wifi facility is available. Also no restaurant is available in the hotel.
