Room condition is very poor & hotel every matter like room allotment, taxi booking ...etc

I have opted queen size bed while booking, but I found simply standard size. Room must be cleaned properly by anti-bacterial agent. Pungent smell coming from curtain of windows.

Property is situated in a lane. No Kitchen is available in Hotel. Food is arranged from a nearby Hotel. Cleanliness average. Staff supportive no doubt.

There is a list of problems 1- late check-in 2- late service 3- not working intercom not satisfied 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 next time I will not come here. Get lost u all bastards

No service was provided at all!! They did not change the bedding, cleaned the bathroom very late and even water was provided in the room only in the evening after repeated complaints!! Not at all recommended.

It was not a good experience. The room tariff which hotel owner offered was 1500 and you charged rs. 2400 including breakfast but breakfast was not provided saying that check in time is 12 oclock and breakfast is available in the morning. I had to buy the breakfast from hotel owner which was brought by him from outside. The room was quite normal standard. Not at all hospital services Sorry to tell you i had bad experience.

Location was ok...but there was painting and renovation going on in hotel. Why should customers pay full and bear the discomfort of the repair? At least they should have offered discount when painting is going on..Room service phones weren't working. Not worth 2,250 per night.

Location was good and 1 km away from Har ki Podi. Hotel was good however some things like dental kit and mineral water was not provjded by them. Restaurant was not there and the food they provided on demand was bought by them from outside.

Stayed on 15 march 25. We have a bitter experience there. Room was not cleaned with unwashed bedsheets & pillows were torn & too dirty to use etc. there was no TV. On enquiry we were told that TV of this room got shifted to another room & we will redshift it our room immediately but it was not done inspite of our repeated request. Surprisingly there was no house kippers & house kipping was being done by a swipar also there is no parking of hotel. Highly not recommended. Terrible experience. Pathetic

I thought mountain view hotel is mountain view. But no hotel is a in a street. But hotel is good. Staff Abhay is very good boy. His attitude is very good and very helpful boy. If anytime chance go to Haridwar, again I stay at there. Abhay attrac me.

The hotel is clean and near the station. There is a street market nearby. Multiple options for food as well. We had a good time.

Service and behaviour of staff was good. However, infrastructure can be improved further. Location was good. Car parking was not up to mark. Bathroom was clean but bathroom latch was not working.

The room was clean and hygienic, all amenities were available and working fine. Staff and room service was good.

Amenities are okay but hotel is not worth price, i think it is much higher pricey and room space was less.
