Review Of Hotel Ganpati Plaza

I see many hotels in haridwar. But this hotel is great. Don't go mmt reviews. The hotel is great. 5 min distance to har ki pauri ganga ghat. Easly available battery rikshaw to go to har ki pauri. the owner is very great personality. i highily recommend this hoteo to every one.

Poor service what shoukd i write more even tea was not available in hotel it was just like dharmshala

Worst hotel experience ever, rooms were not clean, unhygienic and were in pathetic condition. Live wires hanging on top of the beds, door mats looked like were picked up from garbage truck. There were spiders and webs hanging all around. Bedsheets were full of hairs and spots, when asked to change the bedsheets the staff mentioned all the sheets are like this and the guest should live with it. Electricity was being short circuited after every few mins. We had to leave the room immediately for out safety. Everyone should avoid the hotel at all cost

Nice comfortable stay just 10 minutes walk from the hear ki pauri ghat. Clean and neat rooms and reasonably we'll maintained property, considering the price. Great value for money.

Good for family stay, near to hear ki pauri with car parking facility

Hotel is on main Road and all rooms are prone to all night noises of the busy Road. Rooms need to be sound proof. Could not sleep properly. The railway track right behind the property adds to the chaos. No lift and bad condition of the linens. Instead of the neon led lights in the rooms if had put money in better bedsheets and blankets could have been better.

Hotel owner is very rude. In night, hotel owner start threatening me and my family. Extra I have to pay for extra bed which I already agree to pay in morning but owner not allow us to enter at night. He started threatening me that after payment at night only he will allow to enter in room. Note already charge for two rooms has been paid. Parrllely construction work going on in the hotel in front of room. Loud noise really make visitors irritating. When asked owner to stop work during our stay a least, hotel owner completely denied to do so. This is pathetic experience in my life. However thanks to Make My Trip staff for their efforts to solve issue.

Nice rooms and room service, disciplined staff, perfect place to stay near har ki paudi. Hot water available for 24 hours. Proper secure for our goods. Bed, bedsheets and other things are cleaned, very cooperative staff.

Room is fantastic and the cleanness is very good. Great Hotel and very near to Har Ki Pauri. Staff is very cooperative. I recommended couples for this Hotel. Hotel from railway Station is only 20 minute distance. Room spacious is very good. Room are ventilated. Very big parking and safe. Easy travel convenience.

Hotel location is very good. But their services and the room is not good. In room a duty and thin local blanket avilable. After 4 to 5 call they have provided only 1 towel while guest is 2.

1. The hotel is right on the heavy traffic bhimgoda kund road and is open towards the road. The main doors open right into the street and there is too much noise and no privacy. 2. The room had old doors, water outlet inside the room, small bathroom, leaking taps, old towels, flies, mosquitoes and small insects. 3. The worst was having a rat in the room and the owner commenting that it was a small thing. Though they took care of it, they had no other room to offer as not all rooms are ready. 4. The hotel has been converted from an old flat scheme (as told by a local) and has uneven floors, doors with wide gaps, no exhaust in bathrooms and no door bell. We regret having chosen the hotel for even a one night stay!

Room is normal. Service is very poor. Room intercom is bad. Water is normal. Me and my friends is upset with this room rate. Average so totally service is the not best. I am not satisfied but majboori ka naam mahatma gandhi.

Worst hotel worst location. No cleanliness, broken walls, no clock on the wall, spider webs, mosquitos, bed sheets not clean, pillow cover not clean, no chair inside the room, washroom not clean, breakfast was good, almirah was good

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Being at walking distance from Ganga Ghat(Har ki Pauri), one can at any time visit there for taking a Bath. Tea and food are available round the clock nearby at plenty of places. Personally, I had paid for extra bed and was expecting at least extra mattress. Firstly, I was offered a small room in which there was hardly enough space for extra mattress. But when I brought this point to their notice, I was provided with a suite. It made my stay comfortable. Wish to extend my thanks to 'make my trip' for an affordable and comfortable stay.

All the facilities have been very good. Very supporting staff and nice rooms with good location. The food was also delicious in the restaurant. The hotel was just 1 km away from Hari-ki-Pauri. Overall, nice experience.
